Every time we visit, she seems to be managing everything -- the stuffed animal station, answering questions, and handling payment -- all with such calm and care. She truly makes that location special. Even when there's a line, she makes sure each child (and adult!) feels like they're having a meaningful experience. That kind of attention and warmth is rare. Build-A-Bear is lucky to have her. I've seen her stuff four or five bears in a very short amount of time while still making each family feel valued. I hope they never lose her -- and I hope she gets the support she deserves!

It can be a bit overwhelming, because they have such a large selection of cards. The owner was great at helping me find where all of the various birthday cards were located. Although the cards are generally grouped together by type, some of the cards from different lines, such as the Hallmark Signature cards, are located elsewhere. I have generally been able to find the perfect card for the occasion. I'm always much more satisfied with the selection here than I am elsewhere. Walgreens sells Hallmark cards and the selection is "okay", but it's much better here. CVS and Rite Aid sell other brands. The only drawback to this Hallmark store is its location. The strip mall it is in has an A&P, Dunkin Donuts and a few other miscellaneous stores, but it's not a huge, trafficked strip mall. That's a shame, because I would shop here much more frequently if I had greater occasion to visit this area. I come to the A&P on occasion, but prefer the one in Fort Lee. That said, when I do come, I make a special trip, because it's worth it.
