I have had all kinds of radiology…read moreprocedures here from a regular x-ray, MRI, CAT, Mammography, DEXA scans and even a breast biopsy by the radiologist (thus eliminating the need to go to the Outpatient Surgery at the hospital or at an outpatient surgery facility, both of which usually cost you more money). The people here are FANTASTIC! From making an appointment, to check in procedure, to wait time, to actual procedure everyone is professional, efficient and thorough. I can't say enough great things about them. They also have offices in Palm Coast, Port Orange and Deltona. I moved to Jacksonville in April and when it came time for my mammogram I researched everywhere in Jacksonville on my insurance plan. When it came right down to it I decided to make the trip to St Augustine. I based this decision on reviews I read regarding Jacksonville facilities, I knew Radiology Associates Imaging of St Augustine would do the best job for me, that they would take less time to check in, and that the technicians and radiologists were exemplary in the work they would do. They also have a state-of-the art 3D Mammography. Makes the whole process a dream! They are definitely "worth the trip"!

My mother was seen by Dr. Changela at Baptist MD Anderson Beach and Downtown hospitals. She was…read moresubsequently diagnosed with cancer after he did a procedure and a biopsy. She had a phone conference follow up on 4/29 and spoke with his PA, Kelli. Kelli was supposed to send in an antibiotic and my mother asked for something for the terrible cramping related to her cancer. 5 minutes after getting off the phone, she received a portal notification to pay $147 immediately as she was sent to collections!! No explanation, no call from the billing department to explain what the charge was for. She has medicare a/b and a secondary, so unclear why the bill. Needless to say, I have reached out on her behalf without resolution and neither I nor my mom have been unable to speak to a live person about this. NO PRESCRIPTION was sent in as of today!! Not the care you expect from a supposed top ranked office for your mother that has cancer.

Used aids are over $1,000 with old technology and heck, they're old.... They program aids but not necessarily as you need them ie. to your phone instead of the aid. Unreliable service. Front desk girl nasty nasty nasty. If you have issues, they get angry and blame you. Office is always empty... duh, that's a good clue they have few patients. You can do better, call your insurance carrier first so they don't take advantage of you like they did us. Move on.
