We had a very specific idea of a design we wanted, and they executed! We showed them a photograph of a base found at a big-box store, and Paul and the team recreated it for us. I'll be honest - I ask a LOT of questions, and struggle with not controlling every aspect of the process. Every email and DM that I sent over (which, were multiple, I assure you) were promptly and thoroughly answered, with the upmost professionalism and enthusiasm. For stain colors, I was having trouble visualizing the stains in our space, and the team mailed over physical samples for us to look at. They continued to update us during the build process, showed us mock-up photos, and even worked with us to change the design slightly, at my request. The obvious best/most important factor is that the table base was everything we hoped for. The piece is stunning, sturdy, and perfect - it's very clear the team takes pride in their craft. Delivery was a breeze, and was super fast and efficient. My only regret is that we don't have a need for anymore furniture right now! Would absolutely recommend Philadelphia Table Company to anyone looking for beautiful furniture, made to last! *Note: We never stepped foot in their show room, nor met with Paul or his team in person, due to Covid19.
