Idk what sort of boba-less world y'all are living in to give this 4.5 stars but yikes that's not even close to accurate. So I will start by saying the tea was good. I got a jasmine milk tea which was smooth, about right sweetness, and not overly milky. A very solid drink and nothing stood out. But the boba was bad. Distractingly bad. Obnoxiously bad actually. It was hard. Like completely hard. I cook a lot of boba and it needed about 30 more minutes on the boil. I understand if you're looking for al dente boba, but this was just raw. Not to mention it still had a very artificial flavor. 4/4 stars on the drink, 1/6 on the boba. Normally I'd give 3/5 stars for this, but the boba is so bad that I can't. I had to drink my drink and then toss the remnants wth boba. I'd actually definitely recommend this if they fix their boba. Boiling it for 30 more minutes, storing it in honey, and making sure is consistently fresh could completely fix all their problems. It'd be very solid with that. read more

I think in the beginning the flavors were not so good. I was pretty disappointed, but recently I went back again and then a couple more times. I have to say, they don't disappoint in terms of most of their drinks. I like the fried banana milk tea and I get it less sweet because it is plenty sweet already for me. I thought their pineapple green tea was one of the best drinks. So yeah I'll be coming here more often! A bit on the sweeter side but nothing they you can't adjust. read more

I opted to come here to support a small business rather than a chain. the workers and cashiers are polite. they seem to have a good variety of drinks. every time i go to a new boba place i get a simple milk tea, in this case Jasmine Milk Tea with Boba. The quality of the tea i received was good i asked for it 50% sweet - no complaints here. The downside here is that their boba/tapioca ball was awful. The texture was hard and crumbly on the inside instead of chewy. They also do not seem to sweeten their boba so it tasted rather bland. I would come back here to order a drink, but definitely pass on the boba toppings. read more

Okay... I simply LOVE Mini Moo's I have been coming here for a couple years. I came today for a milk tea boba with extra boba to brighten my day.. unfortunately you can not pay with cash anymore even if you have exact money which I did. You must pay with credit card or Apple Pay. I was sad to leave without my drink... but for anyone that has Apple Pay or remembers their credit card this place is amazing!! I wish I bought a handful of drinks at once so that I can drink one everyday because the milk tea here is so crazy good. Also the logo is too cute to resist! I was surprised to see so many haters below because I thought my traditional milk tea tasted perfect and I actually finished it all in a few minutes because of how addicting the taste was. The environment was also really cute and cozy and it's awesome how they have a drive thru for this place. The only thing I can say is that some of the flavors are pretty questionable because my boyfriend got the pineapple milk tea and the acidity annihilated my taste buds. It just wasn't very compatible with the milk tea so if you branch off to one of the fruity milk teas, I'd be wary. read more

Say what a cool little boba spot not far from my hotel. At first I was like naw I don't want to get boba I live in the Bay where boba is on damn near every corner. Then I was like ok let me check it out they have good reviews. So I slide by and pulled up to this cute little place. It's nice and bright on the inside. The menu is pretty solid they have so many types of drinks and they also offer snacks. I just got a passion fruit tea had to keep it simple. The tea was not too sweet and tasted very fresh. I wish I tried the snacks because the pics made them lol good. The staff here is also great they are very attentive. Adorable place, mediocre boba. I was really excited to see a boba place near work. I thought finally maybe there's somewhere to satisfy my afternoon boba cravings. I was disappointed. Ever since getting the matcha boba at Gong Cha, I've been switching up my go to order from taro to matcha. My friend got a mango boba. The color of the drinks looked...off. Instead of the green and orange you'd usually see, it was more brownish. The taste was also a little off too. I didn't really get a matcha taste. What was most disappointing was the bubbles. After growing up in Denver with only Lollicup for bubble tea, my sister and I returned on break from uni on a quest to find the best bubble tea among all the new bubble tea shops in the Denver metro area. To be fair, we got the same drink- a regular milk tea, 50% sugar, and bubbles, at every bubble tea shop. Mini Moo was subpar, standard powder bubble tea- in fact, it tasted exactly the same as Volcano Tea, where I happened to go later that night- perhaps the same supplier of powder? It has the slightly burnt, bitter taste that I've come to learn is powdered bubble tea, and this on top of average (not honey) bubbles, make the only reason to go location- Greenwood village has a sore lack of Asian food and people. read more

This boba place is really cute and I love the drive thru! The staff is always really friendly and they are quick to get drinks out. The menu is awesome and has lots of variety to choose from. The only down side and the reason for the 4 stars is for the actual boba itself. The texture is really inconsistent. I've had 3 drinks from this spot and it's been different every time but never good lol. It's always pretty hard in the middle and not really soft and chewy like I prefer. With a plethora of boba shops opening in metropolitan area, you really need to find ways to compete. I just don't see it at Mini Moo's as they still use powders in almost all their drinks. For the same price or a bit more, I can get a higher quality product elsewhere using real fruit and less calories. We got a thai milk tea and almond milk tea and it was really sweet despite asking the sugars to be cut in half. The boba was soggy. The inside was cute with a board games. The bathroom was dirty. Based on the previous reviews and rating of this place, I had high hopes that their bubble tea was going to hit my tastebuds in all the right ways. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. I got a taro milk green tea with rainbow jelly. They did point out that since they don't have a recipe for this, they can't take blame for it not tasting good, which is fair. At first I wanted to blame myself for that odd combination, but then the more I started to drink it, I could taste the powder on my tongue. I'm sure many places use powder to enhance their flavors, however this was just bad. It tasted like the texture of chalky/powdery water. Sorry, not a fan. The drive through is seriously clutch. It makes it easy to grab a drink while I have the kiddo with me - sometimes I just don't want to have to unbuckle him to go inside somewhere. We've been a couple of times now and and I can see myself returning when in the area. We got milk teas and some snacks for our first go. The crab wontons and some eggrolls. These seem a little pricey, but I thought they were tasty. It actually made me miss a place in Dallas that is known as an 'eggroll factory' where you get similar eggrolls, 4 for a dollar! Sigh, memories. My husband and I each had an eggroll and split the third. He said the middle of his was a little cold - but I didn't find that the case with mine. Crab wontons were also tasty, and the accompanying sauce is a good addition. My second visit was a little odd. The wait seemed long for a black milk tea, and after said wait - the girl at the window handed me a slushy type drink. So when I questioned it, she said "do you want a black milk tea?"
