Over a month I thought I had ordered the item from the website. When asked about if I wanted to buy it I responded by email yes. Then she canceled my order. It takes longer because of supply back ups across the country. So instead of five weeks it is like much longer. Who knows by Xmas. The lady was combative and defensive instead of helpful. Thank goodness I found another person and reordered a bra. She was professional and curtious Past history led me back. But I wonder if ego is more important than business. read more

I contacted Minimania by email on October 2nd for an update, as the part I ordered on September 22nd, 2025, had not yet been shipped. I received no response. I contacted the supplier again on October 10th, 2025, and still received no response. I contacted the supplier a third time on October 20th, 2025, for an update on my order placed on September 22nd, 2025, which had not yet been shipped, and received no response. I contacted Minimania by phone on Tuesday, October 21st, 2025, at 11:00 AM at 1-800-946-2642 and 1-530-470-8300, and the message said they were closed, even though their business hours are Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. I left a message, but no one ever called me back. So I filed a complaint with PayPal. PayPal took charge of the case and contacted the seller (Minimania) on October 21, 2025, but to this day (October 28, 2025), the seller hasn't even responded to PayPal! This is the worst parts seller I've ever dealt with! I do not recommend this seller; they are thieves! read more

Ordered over $400 worth of parts, received the order acknowledgement immediately. Waited a week before emailing to ask about delivery times. Became suspicious after emailing and calling numerous times to no avail. Then I started reading the reviews... Fortunately I was within the window to file a claim with Paypal and apply for a refund. Very relieved to receive notification that my refund has been approved. read more

We ordered a supercharger and actually received it, but when we returned the core (for a core refund of $300 at a $100 fee to ship the core to this business) we never received any refund or correspondence back. Despite having proof of delivery with a photo and multiple phone calls and emails to the business, no response. Our experience has not been a good one! read more

If I could leave no stars or less I would. This company is absolute garbage, nothing but thieves. They'll take your payment, and then never deliver parts what was quoted as 4-6 weeks has now been longer than 6 months and still no parts, I was able to finally reach someone who hung up on me when I requested to cancel the order and issue me a refund for the parts they failed to deliver, but because its been more than 60 days I cant dispute the charges so now I'm out $2400 for the parts I ordered and another approximately $2400 when I order the same parts from another more reputable source. read more

BEWARE: Ordered brake parts on 4/25/25. Received an order confirmation with very long lead times for all but one of the parts. I decided to go another route so I cancelled the order and requested refund. I have followed up and was told they would refer the inquiry to accounting. It is now 6/05/25 and no response or refund. Just submitted dispute with my credit card company. Looks like this is their standard operating procedure. read more

VERY slow to ship, never anywhere close to what it says on the website. Also not very communicative with order stayus.

Yes dont order from here. I placed an order and my order never was shipped and no one is answering. I disputed with my credit card company.

They do not know their performance part applications well so be warned. They sell KW coil over kits which are very high quality good street performance packages made in Germany. If a company like Mini Mania sells them they should then sell and know the correct parts to complete that upgrade, right? They do not. They only sell one adjustable camber plate for the first generation R53 Mini and that does not have the correct size for the strut, there is significant play. That caused my strut to snap and could have caused a severe car crash if it happened while driving fast. They would not take any responsibility, nor provide a refund and their position was both parts are made for Mini but they take no responsibility that the parts should not be used together! If you are going to install adjustable coil over suspension it is obvious that you want performance and thus will NEED camber plates to provide that adjustability yet they do not sell compatible parts. They do not sell a camber plate that will fit the coil overs they sell and that is not right. More reputable shops will sell the correct camber plates for the coil over kits they offer. KW does sell camber plates made for their kits but Mini Mania does not sell them and instead sells incorrect size parts that can cause your car to crash! I will never purchase from them again! read more

Buyer Beware. I had to report fraudulent activity to my credit card company because they charged me for a part I never received. Placed an order on April 30 and received a confirmation that stated "Out of stock but ships in 3 - 4 weeks." Today is June 4, so 5 weeks since the order. Ordered a set of driving lights and a sprint booster for a customers car. About $500. Looked at my confirmation email only to be told it was a month wait and I would be paying to import the lights from... somewhere. Called them to confirm order. No response. Emailed for days. No response until I emailed to cancel the order. Was told I would get free shipping on Sprint Booster. I said, ok. Week and a half goes by, no email about order. I call numerous times, no response. I email numerous times, no response. Finally I tell them to cancel order. I get an email saying they have canceled order, but no refund. I contacted Sprint Booster directly and they immediately sent out the unit 2nd day air. Was cheaper than Mini Manias price as well. I still haven't received the price difference refund from them. Totally unprofessional. read more

I'd give zero stars if I could. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from them. I spoke with a nice helpful guy on the phone along with my dad to help me order the parts that I needed. My husband and I hav3 done business with 7 Enterprises for many, many years. we've spent $1000s of dollars in parts, etc. Never had an issue working with Jack Holdaway or any other employee. We always were satisfied with the outcome of our contacts with them. Now, having them merge with MiniMania, it's a truly opposite experience. My husband ordered me door handles for my Classic before Christmas as a gift. We haven't received them. got a hold of someone in the office and was told they couldn't find the order. Then, the order was found. We were told we'd get an update as to shipping the following week. The update never came. When we call now, we get a VM telling us to leave a message. We leave a message. Numerous ones in fact. No return call. Left an email for Jack Holdaway. No response. Move on. DO NOT do business with these people. 3 months and numerous failed attempts to try and get ahold of ANYONE is a shitty way to do business read more

I have ordered several performance parts and repair items in the past. My last order was filled with errors and delays from the start. I emailed for some specifics on a part and never received an answer. Based on my research I bought the item. It was way overpriced compared to others. I emailed and found out several days later the part was on back order. I requested to cancel and go elsewhere. I received great service, tech support at another vendor. Not only that I received the item and installed it. In those 7 days mini mania charged me for the items without any idea if it was in stock or shipped. The lady on the phone was laughing and joking with someone and joked that they were going to just keep my money. I personally was very upset because it was an unwarranted charge of $350. She then explained that she was busy and had to take another call. Wow. Great customer service. There are plenty specialized vendors that provide better service. I will be contacting them with my needs read more

Beware of this online scam. This business is probably on it's last leg. I ordered the wrong front brake pads for my standard Mini Cooper. I filled out the provided return form and returned with the incorrect brake pads. I also went ahead and ordered the correct pads and received them. It has been over a month now and still no credit, $197.00. I called several times and pointed out that the UPS tracking shows the pads being received over a month ago. Now MiniMania voice calls simply goes to voice-mail and hangs up. read more

Terrible company. I have tried numerous times to contact them via phone and email. (over 1 month without response, at least 10 calls and at least 6 emails) I've submitted 2 orders but never receive any shipping information. I highly recommend ordering from anywhere but mini Mania or seven mini parts....same company, same gross incompetence. read more

This is the absolute worst company outside of Nightmotorsports that I have ever dealt with. I ordered parts for my customer in March of 2024. To date, I have not received anything. I had to make 15 phone calls about the nearly 5k I spent, before I got a hold of am Eileen Rouhani the harlet of the company. This individual advised me that i would be getting my refund by end of month, which did not happen. I called back 7 more times, and she said she is working on the refund. Long story short, she sent me half of my money, then sent me an email stating the company is in bankruptcy and does not have a timetable on when i will get the rest. Now i have to seek legal action. This was the worst company to deal with, plear dont make mistake. THEY ARE THIEVES!!! read more

Mini mania is a great source for classic mini parts and the forum is a wealth of information, when i first bought my British imported classic mini i really didnt know a whole lot about classic minis besides how awesome they were. so i found mini mania and started asking questions and everyone was so helpful and welcoming, the website and store has so many parts and tons of hard to find ones too, a bit on the pricey side though but on several occasions they have matched prices, and since they are located in nevada city only a few hours away its never a long wait for my new toys!! they have a annual nevada city get together that welcomes classics like mine and the new bmw made minis, this show is a blast and they also have a slalom course too!! read more

You will have to do the work of all their departments for them. They didn't contact me for a month because they didn't have the parts available, despite the website saying they did. They overcharged me from my original purchase (before I asked where the hell the parts were). I had to message them a month after I ordered to find out where my package is and when I would see it. After an unsuccessful delivery attempt it took 4 phone calls for them to actually "find" my order, they never messaged and for a month and a half wouldn't confirm they received it, despite documents showing their warehouse personnel had physically signed for the package a month and a half before. They refused any discount for me having to perform all their employees roles in the company by myself (shouldn't need to hold your employees hands for you to run your business, but you need to for this one. The managers won't call you back, even if you tell them they need to answer the phone, or face other parties starting to intervene in the process to get you the money they are illegally withholding. I ended up filing fraud charges against them with my bank because that was the only option to get the overcharge of $1007.09 back. original dispute with records, they claimed my %100 discount would only be $8.16, with documentation of everything, including phone calls with them (phone calls were recorded on my side in order to have proof of shady business practices, as well to get my money back). They run a business so discombobulated, it is appalling that it is still going. Glad I have a bank willing to fight fraudulent / theft charges against a company like this. 1 Star makes your company look amazing compared to what it is. read more

One of the most annoying business I've ever dealt with. I have asked multiple times to be unsubscribed from their emailing lists. I even email them and they literally reply to that email with more ads. Annoying. All I ever did was buy a apart for a customer and now I get an email from them every day. The fact that they responded to my email with more are proves that someone on their side is doing that on purpose to mess with me. Also, when you try to unsubscribe from their email list, they place you in a 'queue' like a waiting list to unsubscribe. Get with the times, should be one click you d-bags read more

I never intend to drill holes in the front of my wonderful car simply to comply with the state's strange law on displaying plates - but one too many $105 tickets from San Francisco's friendly meter maids has convinced me I need a better solution than the old plate-on-the-dash routine (which doesn't work, btw). My cohorts in the Redwood Empire Mini Enthusiasts turned me on to this place - their source for parts and all-things-MINI/Mini. A few short bucks later, and I've got a part that attaches at the towhook in front. No drilling required - win/win! OMG the level of incompetence with this company. I just hung up with the manager Donald Racine after placing an order and five days later it has not arrived. So I called. The reason come to find out, some items were on back order and that they were waiting for the items to arrive and then complete the order. Frustrating! especially when you are running a business. Ordered a few items (over priced) and got them pretty quickly. Ordered the LED intake insert for my Mini. Installed it and the wiring was 5 ft. too short to connect to the marker light. I called the manufacturer and they said it should have been 10 ft. total. Their fix was to fax a receipt from Mini Mania to "prove" I actually bought their product in order to have 5 ft. mailed to me. Or go buy more myself and rig something up to make it work. So I called MM for a Return Authorization # and the rep asked me my customer number. I told him I didn't have it in front of me I would have to go get it. The guy says, "I don't have time for this".
