All buildings except RV storage have AC and concrete floors. The RV storage may have concrete floors but didn't use them so don't know. Each building also has a handcart and dolly with solid wheels for moving all your stuff! They supply an internal lock which doesn't seem cuttable for a $13 refundable deposit. A restroom is available only during office hours so don't plan to live there. I'm sure they isn't allowed. They're still adding on to the facility so call for a reservation! That changed very quickly when they suddenly decided that they were going to force me to buy their insurance package. The contract I signed required me to have insurance and they knew I had it. The lady, didn't give me her name, became very abusive when I pointed the scam aspect of her forced insurance. The credit card company sided with me and reversed the charges GS had put on my account without my permission. When GS found out that the credit card company had sided with me they decided to raise my rent on one of the units by 400%. When I pushed back on the outrageous increase GS decided to terminate my contract. Very unprofessional organization and extremely vindictive. If you don't agree and acquiesce to the lady's demands she will force you out. Do not recommend / beware.
