All buildings except RV storage have AC and concrete floors. The RV storage may have concrete floors but didn't use them so don't know. Each building also has a handcart and dolly with solid wheels for moving all your stuff! They supply an internal lock which doesn't seem cuttable for a $13 refundable deposit. A restroom is available only during office hours so don't plan to live there. I'm sure they isn't allowed. They're still adding on to the facility so call for a reservation! Tell them I sent you for no discount but just to be friendly.

That changed very quickly when they suddenly decided that they were going to force me to buy their insurance package. The contract I signed required me to have insurance and they knew I had it. The lady, didn't give me her name, became very abusive when I pointed the scam aspect of her forced insurance. The credit card company sided with me and reversed the charges GS had put on my account without my permission. When GS found out that the credit card company had sided with me they decided to raise my rent on one of the units by 400%. When I pushed back on the outrageous increase GS decided to terminate my contract. Very unprofessional organization and extremely vindictive. If you don't agree and acquiesce to the lady's demands she will force you out. Do not recommend / beware.

Unfortunately, the printer was a beast at 440 lbs. and we had no way to unload it at Jag. Instead, we drove to a moving company, which had a forklift for the job. Joan was very understanding and sweet about the whole thing.

The initial delivery of an 8 ft pod was made by Darius, who was very prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, some of my plans changed, and I suddenly needed a 16 ft pod. The young lady I spoke with by phone helped make that happen for me and the 8 ft pod was picked up this morning. Driver Jimmy Satterwhite just delivered the 16 ft pod, parking it exactly where I asked, as close to the edge of the driveway as possible, and left me the information so that I could leave a review. After a lifetime of dealing with various companies that seem to use the DMV business model, my experience with Pods so far has been great!
