I found Eden Clinic after my car accident because it's close to where I live--and OMG... I wish I…read morehad come here even before the accident. Dr. Jang is AMAZING. The way Dr. Jang evaluates my body and pain is truly unbelievable. He carefully goes over each part of the body--bones, muscles, and areas of tension--to find the root cause of the pain. I asked about it because it felt different from other chiropractic clinics, where they usually just do adjustments (which are still good). Dr. Jang uses a special technique called ART and treats my pain very gently. He explained that the muscles and pain points need to be properly evaluated first before doing any strong adjustments, which made a lot of sense to me. After several treatments, I felt a huge difference in my neck, shoulders, and back--as if the pain was being healed from the core. It's a very gentle but precise approach for deep muscle pain. I can tell that he really monitors my pain points and provides treatment based on my condition and progress, which makes the treatments even more effective. And the massage therapy afterward is truly amazing. I've dealt with pain from past car accidents, so I know how important it is to find good care--that's why I appreciate Eden Clinic so much. Fun fact: they have really advanced X-ray equipment and tools. Dr. Jang even discovered that my right leg is slightly shorter than my left, which may have caused me to lean a bit when standing. This made so much sense because I've always had pain in my right foot when walking or running for a long time. This has helped me a lot, and now I'm planning to use insoles in my shoes--no more pain! If you're looking for real treatment, I highly recommend Eden Clinic. They are lifesavers, and I'm so thankful I found this place.

Needless to say I walked out and did not go back. When I met Dr Debell I was skeptical because in my head he was just another Chiropractor. He is not. Dr Debell's approach to healing with movement is amazing. I had an old back injury that would rear its ugly head from time to time, so like most other people I would rest and just try to manage the pain until it was gone. But why did it keep coming back? This is why Dr Debell is amazing; he does not just treat your issues, he identifies the problem and the things that you are doing that you most likely have no idea are making the problem worse. After that he helps you change your habits and find a program to strengthen and heal and viola, you're no longer managing pain. Since going to Dr D and working with him in his office and following his program outside of my visits I have been pain free and I now know what kinds of movements I should be extra careful with so that I don't reinjure myself. I am a gym owner and I refer all of my clients that have been managing pain for years to Dr Debell and the feedback I receive is excellent. Go check him out!

Being a former peer and patient (and current colleague) I can attest to his passion and dedication to not only making people well and eradicating their pain, but also making them move and feel better than they thought ever was possible. Dr. DeBell is the type that goes home after challenging himself at a long day of work to read a textbook front to back. He somehow has time to treat patients, educate athletes, coaches and clinicians in seminars and maintain a busy movement based blog all at the same time. His education and treatment skillset is the most up to date in any clinician you will find and his drive to push himself and others in the field is unmatched. Any complicated case about nutrition, rehab/exercise, or movement, I am constantly on the phone with Dr. DeBell taking his advice. Simply put, he is the go to expert in any of these fields. Patients and clinicians alike have much to learn from Dr. DeBell about getting and staying out of pain on their own. There is no one else in the Alderwood (or even greater Seattle) area I would refer any of my patients to before Dr. DeBell in any instance.

Nope turned out to be basically "hey this is what we do as naturopaths or chiroprators, sports therapy ...
