Yes I'm vaccinated, but I still have family members in their 90's. Unheard of that a medical facility would have their staff maskless when the newest Covid variant is here. After having our baby and trying to navigating his fussiness and discomfort, we finally took him to EFC when he was only 1 week old. They were so welcoming, explained everything and answered all of our questions. We weren't sure what to expect when taking a newborn to the chiropractor but I can't imagine where we would be now without them. What a disappointing experience, especially after reading nice reviews! I left a message on a Thursday morning, having had an accident the day previous. I didn't hear anything and called hours later. Turns out they are only open from 3-7 on Thursdays (not in the outgoing message) AND they are closed on Fridays And the next opening for a new patient was in two weeks. While that may speak to their popularity, limited hours and opportunities for new patients is not at all service oriented. New patients help grow and sustain businesses. read more

I will admit I was a little unsure as I drove to my first appointment here. Originally I had been a patient of another Chiropractor in Redmond and I didn't know what to expect at this office. Needless to say I was pleasantly surprised. Right when I walked in, the office manager greated me with a warm smile and hello. After offering me tea or water to drink, she gave me a tour of the office as well. Once I met Dr. Matt my concerns about him being my new chiropractor left, like my pain after my first adjustment. He showed genuine care during our initial consultation and mapped out a very organized plan for my future adjustments. He was happy to answer any questions I had outside of my appointments as well. I used to see Dr. Denise So (Dr. Matt's wife) at another clinic and I seriously credit her with making my TWIN pregnancy far more comfortable. After my delivery, I didn't get back to the chiropractor for quite some time and found that she had left the clinic. I was so bummed and continued to see my previous clinics doctors, but I continued to leave there very dissatisfied with the level of care I was getting. After trying most of the doctors in the clinic I decided I should search and see if she was practicing somewhere else, which led me to Dr. Matt. I have now been a patient for just a couple months and things that have been ailing me are finally improving and I truly believe this office is working WITH you. It's not a quick fix and you've got to ice and do the work required to heal your body, but for the the first time....last month I didn't have the extreme pains I typically get surrounding my female cycle. I love that if I come in and say something is bothering me, Dr. Matt looks at it and checks it out. The FAMILY really is family. it's not just the name. They have play areas set up in front and in one of the adjustment rooms for kids. They do also work with lots of children. I will likely never ever switch clinics. Right now I have to actually commute about 25 minutes from where I live, but it's well worth it. I couldn't recommend them any higher, but I'd give 10 stars if I could. I'm not sure if Denise will come back, but in the future when we have more children I will look forward to my care here because they do a great job of adjusting expecting moms. I haven't had my kids adjusted yet, but I am considering it and I know that they would get wonderful care as well. The office is clean. The staff is friendly and chatty. They make it very inviting and you can tell they are really here for wellness. I think thats all most patients want....to feel like their care providers are giving them their very best (and that's hard to find these days.) I am a strong believer in preventative care, and Dr. So has improved both my and my son's health. Walking into the office is such a pleasure. It is a very warm, welcoming and family oriented clinic. I started going to Dr. So for treatments early this year. Thanks to regular adjustments I no longer have chronic pain in my mid-back, my headaches have reduced in frequency and intensity, I have not been sick all year and my cycles are much easier on me. He has even been able to adjust my foot to treat a long ongoing issue! He has also been adjusting my 4-year old boy. He loves going to see Dr. So! He even asks to go.
