My nails had grown out a bit and I snagged my ring finger while moving furniture, the nail stayed on but I bruised my nail bed. I didn't want to chance having it happen again. Shawn was kind enough to squeeze me in without an appointment to do a fill and color change. He was so gently and took extra care not to hurt my bruised nail. I probably thanked him a dozen times.
