Do not rent from this company. The service was dismal, vehicle was not prepped right and the truck…read morewas one and a half hours late. When I tried to deal with the situation the next day, I was dealt with in a rude and aggressive nature. I have tried to resolve issue at management level, and was met again with the same mentality. Needed a truck the next week rented from Enterprise, the same truck for same time duration was $100 cheaper and the customer service was excellent. Again do yourself a favor and do not rent from this Budget franchise( Devon Transport) Be aware you are not dealing with Budget. This is an independent Sub Licensee. Your complaint ends internally with this company. I have tried to contact corporate and they are not even able to track the reservation. So any complaints will stop with Devon Transport so even though they are flying the Budget flag,they are totally independent of Budget Corporate.SO BEWARE

He drove us safely, and was very accommodating. The van was very new and comfortable. All in all, a great service.

You are better off renting a car than leaving your fate in the hands of this unprofessional…read morebusiness. We had a shuttle booked from Sun Peaks Resort and a flight to make. The shuttle driver forgot to pick us up! When I called to see where he was, about 15 minutes past the scheduled pick up time, Simer was rude and short with me. She said "be patient he is coming." She never called him to check and lied about it. What kind of shuttle service does not have a proper dispatch system to make sure all the guests are accounted for?! I was patient and the shuttle still never came, so when I called back that's when Simer realized he forgot to pick us up. She had to dispatch a new shuttle from Kamloops and when this one finally arrived we had to experience a terrifying drive as he sped down the road to try to make our flight. Overall, we waited an hour and 45 minutes for them to pick us up. After the fact, I had multiple phone calls with Simer to rectify the situation and she kept giving me the run around. They only gave me $15 dollars back...that was not worth the stress we had to go through as we had multiple flights that day to try to make!
