The night before the scheduled rental received an e-mail saying they would not have a car available. Next they sent a text saying they had made a mistake and it was still available. Following that I received a phone call confirming they would pick me up from home at 10am so I would have time to make my appointment. You guessed it I was sitting and waiting the next morning at 10am...then 10:30 am still nothing. Sent a text and phone call which I never got a reply or answer. Lucky for me, my son's old oil burning car was there for me to use. Just made my appointment with literally minutes to spare. Thanks for nothing Enterprise was nothing but a terrible experience. My last booking even ended up being $20 cheaper than I'd expected so I can't complain about that. My more nitpicky issues involve the last vehicle I rented. I noticed that when I hit the highway, the van was louder than I expected it to be. Perhaps this is just part of driving a Town and Country but my friends also commented on this once I picked them up. I mentioned this when I returned the van but the employee didn't seem too interested. In addition, it was obvious that the back seat of this van had not been cleaned between rentals as there was a clear grease mark on one of the back windows. Yuckkkk!
