Two and a half months later, I'm stronger, I can see real changes in my body, and I actually convinced my husband - who has never done personal training or group fitness in his life - to start training with him too. That says everything. Perseo is an exceptional teacher, not just a trainer. From day one, he made the whole thing approachable - breaking down form, explaining the reasoning behind each exercise, and tailoring everything to exactly where I was starting from. He caught early on that I was slightly favoring one leg during squats and corrected the imbalance quickly, which is the kind of detail that would have taken me years to notice on my own. He also goes above and beyond in ways that feel personal rather than transactional - extra time for stretching, genuine attention to how your body is responding session to session. If you've been nervous to start or feel like the gym isn't "for you," Perseo will change that.

If I could give my personal trainer Chang 10 stars, I would!!…read more I've trained consistently with Chang, multiple times each week, for 2 years as of this month that I'm writing this review. I've been fortunate to train with numerous personal trainers over the years, and Chang is the best one I've ever trained with. He has this incredible understanding of the human body, psychology, how to push you and when to stop you so you can stay healthy (and avoid getting hurt), how to keep workouts different/challenging/interesting every time, and has fantastic interpersonal skills (he is one of my favorite people to talk to during workouts). For greater context, I'm in my late 30s and am in better shape now than when I was 17, 25, or any other age before now. This is in spite of the facts that I (a) have some health conditions and (b) went through a very serious accident a few years ago that crushed multiple bones in multiple places. Chang has helped me overcome and come back from all that, better than ever. I am very close to achieving my physical fitness goals (burning fat, while building muscle and strength) and getting my body to look how I have always wanted it to look. I did the work but I give Chang and his training a lot of the credit. Chang has gone above and beyond to be accommodating with scheduling, meeting me wherever training is convenient for me, working around sore muscles etc. I am highly confident that Chang would be an awesome trainer for anyone, but in particular other folks like me (women, vegans, and people in the LGBTQ+ community). Train with Chang and Fit2Fly. It will be some of the best money you'll ever invest in yourself and your health.

The results speak for themselves. I've lost 50 pounds and have maintained, but what's kept me coming back is how sustainable and enjoyable the process has been. Both Chang and Miles are phenomenal trainers who bring their own unique energy and expertise to every session. They seamlessly keep the workouts genuinely fun and constantly varied, so I've never once felt bored or stuck in a routine. Every session brings something different, which keeps both my body and mind engaged. What really sets Fit2fly apart is the accountability and communication. They keep in regular contact, will provide workouts to do on your own in between sessions, check in on progress, and provide the right balance of encouragement and push when needed. Also they are genuinely awesome people who making working out fun which I never actually experienced before. The workouts are intense (you will work hard) but they're designed in a way that makes you want to show up rather than dread it. And they make each workout work for you as an individual with your own set of goals. For example I have always been interested in boxing, and without any hesitation Chang provided boxing into our regular routine! It's made cardio such a fun experience! If I could leave 100 stars I would! I absolutely LOVE Logic Fitness and my awesome trainer Sean…read more One year ago I was feeling really down and could not seem to make myself go to the gym on my own. I found a special that Sean was offering on Groupon for some personal training sessions and decided to try it. Since my very first day of training Sean has made me feel so comfortable. Once my Groupon sessions were over there was no question as to whether or not I would continue training with him. Every session is different and he has tailored my workouts to what my goals are. Even when I change my goals out of the blue, he can restructure whatever we we were going to do that day to accommodate whatever body part it is that I want to work on. I have NEVER been a person that enjoys working out or going to the gym. I have bought memberships in the past and never ended up going because I am very uncomfortable in crowded gyms with a bunch of people around. Gyms also make me feel very self conscious and quite frankly I don't really know much about what to do when I get there. Being able to have a trainer has taken away all the anxiety that I would typically get going to a regular gym. Logic Fitness has had a HUGE positive impact in my life. Sean pushes me farther than I would ever have pushed myself. He makes the whole workout count from beginning to end. I NEVER have to deal with a crowded gym because Logic Fitness is a personal training gym. At best there is one other trainer with their client there. My advice to whoever may be reading this....Go to Groupon and buy the sessions on special. It is such an incredible deal that even if you only go to one session you will still get your monies worth because most trainers cost well over $100 a session. I guarantee that once your Groupon sessions are done you will want to continue training with Sean. It is affordable and totally worth the investment because you are investing in yourself :-)

Dr. Sangha's office is so much more than just Physical Therapy. Located in Venice, on Lincoln Blvd., she opened Verro with her business partner, and soon to be husband, Frank Hawley. Their studio integrates rehabilitation and personal fitness training with a holistic approach.
