The equipment seems to be getting a little old and worn and there are some tech issues. Our session had one of us unable to start as their character was flying around the room and noise cancelling seemed broken or there was another microphone in the room causing our voices and ambient sounds to repeat and echo to the point we couldn't understand any of the instructions during the intro. They didn't restart or do anything so we missed the first 3-4 minutes of what was going on. They are always nice so still leaving a 4 just so hopefully they see and correct these issues.

The VR headset was a bit blurry but if adjusted just right you could get rid of some of the blur. Unfortunately, we scheduled this on the last day of our trip and we were seven minutes past the grace period. We weren't able to make the new time they offered us, which was an hour after our original reservation, and we were subject to a $50 cancellation fee. The email that they send you when you book says that they do have a five minute grace period and that "lateness beyond five minutes might result in cancellation of your booking." The $50 cancellation fee is not outlined anywhere in that email. When we entered, there was one group in a room doing a VR experience and they had left the door open, so all you could hear in the lobby were people screaming. There was one other small group that was in the lobby waiting, so it's not like the place was jam packed. Considering the draconian policy, I don't think that I would recommend this place.
