Upon entry, I was greeted by a really nice lady who was able to answer any questions that I had about the holistic medicine practices here. She gave me a pamphlet about how they do very natural and very safe infusions to help support immune systems in also overall very good health practices. I asked a lot of questions maybe about three or four and she made me feel very comfortable about some of the things that they administer to patient. I also thought it was great that she was patient with me and asked me how I heard about the place, I let her know that I had heard about it with Yelp. I do plan to try it after I check with my physician because I have so many allergies. But the lady did reassure me that they take all of those things into consideration before they treat people. They also have a lot of testimonials on Yelp about their reliability and great results for their patient. Everything is professionally done and they seem to do very well with customer service and care. I highly recommend people coming to ask the questions and to get the information that you need from them because they are open to discussing your health, their approaches, and the therapies that they practice. IVs were the last thing on my mind and they were in no rush for me to use the credits as I did not receive any type of reminder call from them. I called a week and a half ago letting them know that I'll be in town and would like a refund for the credit that I have. A receptionist confirmed that I did, indeed, have a credit and that it was for an IV package. She talked to the manager and told me that, not only can they not provide me a refund, but I can come in to redeem the credit for only one IV session since their prices went up. I was upset by this because it's not like I was asking for a refund for a service I was unhappy with, but for a credit that I clearly cannot use since my move. I explained to her that I had paid cash for the promotion that didn't come with any stipulations. I didn't sign anything and the person who sold it to me didn't tell me about any rules that came along with the promotion. The receptionist danced around the best she could, explaining to me that "most people usually use the service within a year" and offered me a vitamin B shot instead, which is worth less than an IV session...I declined and asked to speak to the manager, but, of course, she told me that they were unavailable. I asked that the manager please call me back later that day to discuss this matter further and left my number. I still, to this day, have not heard back from anyone. To me, this is pretty piss poor service and unprofessional. They basically are ignoring me so that they don't have to pay me the $380 back. It's not like it's $20. This is a big chunk of money that they've held on to and collected interest on. Debating whether or not a small claims court is worth it, but definitely spreading the word so that customers don't get bamboozled like I did.

"Miracle" is the only word to describe what happened. Please forgive the length of this…read morereview...but... I had dealt with severe diarrhea for 11 months. It came on suddenly, literally overnight, and just didn't go away. I'll spare the details, but it was severe, and impacted my freedom to do things like going to Disneyland as I could not risk getting an untimely urgent urge. I underwent a number of medical tests which were inconclusive, took antibiotics, phsyllium, probiotics, and more. All to no avail. Digestive enzymes, 2 with each meal, helped somewhat. After 11 months, I began looking into naturopaths and Ms. Pamela Hird Klein came up in the search. Although a homeopathic practioner vs. naturopath, I was drawn to her. I read nearly everything on her website before calling. We scheduled a session for a Monday and met for about 2 hours. She was a very pleasant, and attentive listener, and guided the conversation with specific questions. On Tuesday she let me know she had a remedy, and I arranged to pick it up Thursday. The miracle started the very day I met with her. That night, I had an uninterrupted night's sleep, the first in many many days. I quickly and steadily improved. By the time I saw her on Thursday, I had already begun having more normal bowel movements. Upon hearing of my improvement, Pamela advised me to hold off taking the remedy and to contact her in a week. Fast forward to now - It has been 2 months and I have enjoyed a full return to a normal digestion and elimination routine. I changed absolutely nothing in my diet. No diarrhea, nor the other unpleasant symptoms, whatsoever. And I never actually ingested the remedy!! I had told her all the same details I'd given my traditional MD. Nothing stands out in my mind of being an "Aha" moment during our meeting that might have revealed some deep seated root cause. I cannot explain this miraculous and inexplicable healing. I can only share that this is my true and honest experience. I am deeply grateful to Pam, and to all the powers that contributed to the healing I have experienced. I'd been suffering from unexplained sudden and severe allergic-type reactions that were landing me in the emergency room repeatedly for 7 months straight, as well as on other sporadic occasions over my lifetime. Allergy testing had not been able to find the cause, and antihistamines did not suppress the reactions, some of which were life-threatening reactions involving throat and mouth swelling. My allergist had told me, "medical science doesn't know what causes this, and in some people it just eventually goes away on it's own". In the meantime my work and family life was being disrupted, and my health and bank account decimated.
