It's very reasonably priced, clean, well kept up and tea/coffee is included (and who doesn't love coffee? :)). The building isn't the newest, but they have done a good job of making the inside very nice and updated. I have also been very impressed with the professionalism of the receptionist, Paisley. She is very helpful, patient and hardworking. All staff are very nice, but I had the most interaction with her. Overall, I had a good experience there and would recommend.

Carli (the amazing community director!) was able to do a same-day walk-in tour and walked me through the various membership options and perks that came with each. I ended up opting for just a desk space since I didn't need much beyond a desk, speedy wifi, and phone booths for calls. The membership also comes with complimentary conference room bookings and printing, which is huge if you ever need it. The office itself is very well kept and fully stocked with snacks and drinks. Overall, the space exceeded my expectations, and I'm sad to be leaving -- but I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in the area again. Huge shoutout to Carli for being so welcoming and friendly from day one, and for making my experience amazing!!

I would not recommend their summer program. I enrolled my high functioning 10 year old son with…read moreautism in their summer art program and they called me frantically to pick him up early on his second day. They said a parent is threatening to sue them because my son allegedly trapped their child under a chair. The owner never found any video footage of this supposed incident, and my son does not have a history of this type of behavior. I didn't want to push for my son to stay in this summer program though if there is such a lack of adult supervision that they would even be unsure of the children's whereabouts during the hours in their care. The children are in a small space throughout the day during the summer program, and if there is no adult witness that can say with surety that an event did or did not occur, they are not actively supervising these children effectively

The workers were very kind and helpful. You pay for whichever craft you want to paint and can use their brushes and paints as long as you want. They provide aprons and dryers as well. I really wanted to like this place because I didn't want to drive all the way to Redlands to paint…read morebut it's unfortunately not gonna happen. We waited 20 minutes for two coffees and two Oreo balls, just for one of the coffees to be the wrong kind. Horrible overall. I…read morecame over a week before father's day for a special they had. When we arrived, it had a beautiful atmosphere and there was one young female alone at the store. We thought nothing of it because it was completely empty, minus a table of 3 teen girls that were already finishing painting and about to pay. The girl sat us down and then walked away for a long time. We were confused and waited for about 5 minutes and then had to get her attention. She finally came and explained the rules and kept walking away for long periods of time. Finally came back to ask what colors we want and took awhile. Then she apologized and said it was very busy meanwhile the place was empty . We had ordered coffee as we sat down and we never got our coffee. We kept running out of paint...mind you they hand us a tiny pallete of colors to paint a bbq platter. It was just 2 adults painting (me and a friend and our 2 toddlers helping us paint). We had to eventually get up and get some paint ourselves because she would disappear for long periods of time. Finally about 1.5-2 hours later when we were all done, she gave us our drinks as we were leaving. Unbelievably horrible. Then when we asked how soon the platters would be dried..she said by 3-4 days..5 max. She promised it would be ready before Father's day ...we painted on the 13th...8 days before fathers day. She then charged us a high price and explained there was no actual 'fathers day special' and that it was just advertised so that people can come paint something in honor of Father's day and have it ready BY then. WRONG. We waited and called on Thurs (6/18) to check..they weren't ready ...so then Friday...still not ready. We were becoming irritated....Saturday we called in the morning and they said it would be ready by noon...my friend went and they said to come at 5pm. Then when my friend returned they said to come at 8 and it should be cooled off and ready. Finally they got the platters around 8ish pm. They tried to tell my friend that they never said it would be ready before father's day and said "no it was said that it would be ready on father's day." Makes zero sense. Why would we wanna drive to Yucaipa to pick up platters on father's day instead of spending it with our husband/father that day? HORRIBLE. They said they'd give us a refund and ignored emails and never sent anything.
