I took my daughter here because we were waiting for her to get placed into a mental health facility. She is severely autistic. Apparently she kept having episodes because she needed me and wanted to leave. The staff members at this clinic were disgusting. They mocked her, and made fun of her. I am beyond sickened by this. I want this place to be shut down. No child should be treated this way. I want to do everything in my power to get this awful place shut down immediately! read more

This place is awful! My daughter went in for med management for depression and they asked her if she wanted to stay just for the night. She agreed and then next thing you know she was being transferred to a hospital! They lied on her transfer papers and said she was suicidal and that she was SMI. I was in the intake room with her and she did not tell them she was suicidal and she definitely isn't SMI. When she wanted to make a phone call they wouldn't let her and they refused when she said she wanted to check herself out. I will be getting a hold of somebody about this. Holding someone against her will doesn't sit right with me. Don't ever take anybody here not even for med management. read more

If I could give lower, I would. Former employee. At first everything looks wonderful and great. It is almost compared to a glamour shot. You do not honestly know what is underneath until you see it yourself. There is a lot of corrupt practices. It's really ironic and disheartening that they are there for the support of the mental health of the community, but not the staff. Staff get the worse part. Cutting staffing ratios down to bare minimums. When I think of mental health urgent care clinic I think of it kind of like an urgent care or emergency room area. Those staff should be ready to whatever comes in the door. But due to low staffing, crisis patients are coming in waiting for hours to see someone. Totally unfair to them. Unfair to the bare minimum employees running as hard as they can to make sure things are done and still not good enough. The concept is great....but until you get the management and the corporate office people to make staffing great, it will not work. Not sure where all "their" money is going but definitely not going towards creating an atmosphere to keep staff, especially nurses. And best believe if you want to move on, do not worry about giving notice...most were told you are done today. A glamour shot is what it is....pretty for the moment. Get rid of the greedy corporate and management that do not care about staff and patient safety and it will be a great place to work. read more

mind24/7 the concept is Gaman get them out. They do not care when you go. They make promises that they cannot keep or choose not to keep not very ethical they will smile to your face and stab you in the back back so if you're looking for any help, expect only 90 days, that's if you're lucky on 91 the therapist is harassed to get rid of you management does not care where you go they do not set you up anywhere they don't help you find another therapist and they lack of philosophy is not shared other words they don't have a philosophy so they can't share it with you. They do not tell you that it's an only a 90 day program , you don't find that out until you're 91 if you're lucky and again they will promise you the world they will take away established coping skills and do not replace them with anything that will help you so my suggestion is stay clear it's not worth investing any time because they will throw you out just like to trash and they will abandon you so good luck on your search. I would just scratch these guys off your list. read more

It's is convenient that they are open 24-7 but not happy with this place. They are not good at communication! They failed to advise us that they decided to transfer my son to a level 1 facility. We had to find out when level 1 facilities started contacting us about our son being transferred. Then they didn't advise us that he had left their facility. He was also given medication before he was transferred that he had a serious reaction to but they are claiming they only gave him a medication he had already been on. My son stated was given 4 pills, they are stating 1 pill. Not saying he was't confused but they are refusing to pull video to try to verify how many pills he was given. Reading the negative reviews, I feel like we've experienced an entirely different business. We've had no issues with a family member staying here, as well as being treated during the Progressions Program. The staff that answers the phones have never been rude and have always been extremely helpful. The nurses, therapists and any other staff we've interacted with have all been extremely professional. If you or a loved one are in need of help I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mind 24/7. read more

Be very careful if you go there, they manipulate people, twist your words around, lie about everything and kick you in a room full of people that are severely detoxing or are just angry and loud. You're such in a hard uncomfortable recliner that you're not allowed to get out of. You have to ask permission to use the bathroom and if you're in the bathroom for more than a minute they'll start knocking on the door. They feed you food that looks and tastes like it came out of the trash or was left out for a week, meanwhile the staff gets their meals and sits in the room with everyone eating their restaurant food. They play one movie over and over, when the 'provider' comes in to talk to you they say their having you admitted because you're depressed. They force you to take pills that you've never taken demanding that you have to take it. They threaten court order on everything you say or do. They tell you you can leave but they'll call the police and have you court ordered to a mental facility. If you ever get sent there or feel you need to talk to a professional, be extremely careful of what you say. We are supposed to have rights but this place thinks they have all rights against you read more

my daughter was sent her for evaluation for harmful thoughts that could potentially lead to hurting herself. after our visit, she definitely felt better, I could see it on her face and feel it in her energy. I have to flag the 1 star reviews of very very young adults and teens coming here, complaining that they aren't being taken seriously. this may sting a bit, but you're young and inexperienced with life, and because of that, you make your personal issues way worse than they actually are, if you aren't not suicidal or undergoing life threatening mental trauma and abuse, you WONT be taken seriously. If you're a teen dealing with suicidal thoughts, and actually thinking of ending your life, or you have severe drug and alcohol problems, then yes come here because you WILL be taken seriously, hands down. if you are a teen/young adult/adolescent who gets bullied at school, is struggling with add, adhd or some other mental function (not illness, ADD, ADHD are not mental illnesses, nor is autism or Aspergers, those are executive function disorders, they are very different) I would look else where, and my kindest but realest words for you, are to stop whining and realize this is how your brain works. work with it. there is far far to much self pity from the young adult/ teenage community for simple things they go through in day to day life. you don't need to be pitied for having adhd. you don't need to be pitied for having autism. you don't need to be pitied for being sensitive or emotional. you need to learn to work with it, its a part of who you are and its never going to change, you can only work at managing it and bettering yourself because of it. its no excuse for you to have special treatment, not in this facility (by that I mean if you do have issues with add, autism, the such, and do need special treatment, go see a doctor and get the special help you actually need. venting about your issues won't help at this point) so many 1 star reviews saying they felt downplayed. gunna sting again, but if this place isn't taking your issue serious, then its not serious. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. my daughters issue is very serious, they did such a great job, im singing my self up for therapy as well. again, if your issues are not life threatening, trauma, that effects the well being of you or your children beyond means, you won't get far here. -sincerily, an adult who is overly sensitive, has adhd, and is mentaly traumatized. read more

At first I really liked this place. The people were great. Although my last time with a provider when they refilled my prescription she was extremely rude. Basically tried to downplay what I was going through. Saying "you're only 19 why do you have a neuropsych appointment?" Then she said that they don't prescribe after we are discharged but Amy my therapist got it approved since I have no one to prescribe me till after my January appointment with the neuropsych, then they can start prescribing me a current prescription and a new one if needed. I told this lady that and she was arguing with me. I then said "just ask Amy and she will tell you" she was basically calling me a liar and I just didn't continue to argue. She was really prissy and just annoyed with me it seemed like. When she walked in I said, with a smile, "hello how are you" and she just smirked and didn't say anything. She kept sighing and rolling her eyes. On top of that three or more times I was scheduled they said I wasn't on the schedule. Whoever I spoke with never scheduled some of my appointments, which was frustrating. Overall some of the people here really care, but others must be miserable with their life and job. Definitely a 50/50 chance you'll actually have no hiccups here. I usually don't have problems with places or I just understand sometimes stuff happens, but I never had the same encounter with this person anywhere else I've been too. I had my daughter there. I call to get information and updates and all they say is she woke up she eat and she is playing or doing thing. If you request to speak with your child not matter how old the kid is if your kid does not concern that he or she wants to speak with there parents they won't call you. And the staff won't call you to say that your child doesn't want to talk at the moment. There you got me calling there every day every few hours just see if I can get in touch with my daughter. By the way she said that the food it's bad, bread is hard,just few nice people every body else look and sound like they don't want to work there. If you can handle things somewhere else just don't come to mind 24-7 unless is a situation that you can't control for little longer. Your kid won't be the same after that. You can't see or hear anything that is going on with your child. My daughter asked me why I didn't call to speak with her even when I called often and all they said was that if she didn't concern they cant let her call me. read more
