Quiet spot for some great food. No customer restroom though, so consider this. Food came out pretty quick, 8 minutes for popcorn chicken and pho! The broth isn't as sharp as it can be in other places, so if you're not keen on the sharper flavored pho this will be fine. It definitely hits all the notes of what should be in it. read more

I am enjoying the beef banh mi right now. I'm very happy with it! And I'm so glad we've got a Vietnamese restaurant here in Cortez! Looks like their weekend menu expands to add pho and other delights. Friendly service, clean and bright, atmosphere of a quick-lunch place. read more

Excellent food! It's so clean in here. Excellent friendly and accommodating service. I recently discovered this Vietnamese food restaurant and it is now my go to spot in Cortez. They have good sized portions and it's fresh and delicious. The staff is very polite and helpful. I highly recommend it. My favorite are steak & eggs, the pork vermicelli bowl, egg rolls, popcorn chicken. Really you can't go wrong here. read more

I frequently come to Min-tea for the refreshing drinks on a hot summer day. One of my favorites is mango green tea with crystal boba. When I'm feeling something comforting I go for the beef pho with generous helpings of short rib. I always love coming here because the service is fantastic and the detail they put into the food comes through in every bite. The food is definitely authentic Vietnamese food. A must try! read more

Passing through town I stopped here because I have been missing a good Banh Mi. And the pork banh mi was excellent! Fresh, crisp roll, crunchy veggies and tasty pork. And the iced Vietnamese coffee was refreshing too. read more

We also ordered Crab Rangoon. 11 bucks for 4 soggy pieces. Total bill with up charge for using credit-3%. Plus 15% tip for handing me the bag-$60 bucks! Crazy! It wound be different if the food was excellent. I think it was pre-made-getting ready for a busy Friday. That's why it was soggy and quick. You'd be better off making curry from a bottle from the store. Sorry-for 60 bucks I expected much more-for take out! We will not be back.
