For this type operation, patrons are given a wristband that you scan at each tap you wish to try. To activate the wristband, you have to input your credit card info with the cashier (which is who gives you the wristband. After which, you pour as much or little as you want as you are charged by the ounce (prices vary but are labeled by each tap). There are inverted water spigots to rinse your glass should you change your drink of choice. We sampled a few different ones and they were pretty good. They also serve food here (we didn't try anything). There is some outside seating as well. But no one was seated there cause it was cold outside. The owner was pleasant and the atmosphere was chill mid-afternoon, mid-week. it's all paid street parking or fee-based public lots (monitored).

If going to OS, you would likely need reservations, especially on a weekend.
