The salon is really big and so if you come in with a friend like I did yesterday, there will surely be two of these awesome massage chairs next to each other ;) People who work there are very friendly and professional and they keep a nice working atmosphere because they interact nice with each other. It's clean, not too expensive, and the P2 pedicure for 35$ is really worth it. It comes with peelings, masks for your legs, hot towel, massage and then the usual styling for your pedicure. I decided to try Excel because it was nearby my neighborhood and I figured "What the heck! It's worth a try." I am so glad I tried it! I went in on a Thursday afternoon and it was not busy at all. There was only one other woman there and two nail techs, Anne and Kim. Anne did my pedicure and began my soak off so I could get a new set. She did a very good job on clearing out the dry and dead skin that had gathered up along my cuticles and made sure to clean up my toes when she had finished painting them. Thankful for that pedicure because my toes were in need of major love after being jammed inside shoes and slippers all winter long! Kim....Kim is a GIFT FROM GOD hisself! She is 100% A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She placed, shaped and made sure each one of my nails was the right length! She didnt let me leave until she knew I was happy with my new set. She even motioned and massaged my hands when she was done, which you dont find a lot of people or places doing. She was attentive and paid attention to detail, even the smallest things. I CANNOT wait to go back and see her for my fills! The salon itself was very nice and quiet, smaller than salons I have been in but that made me feel right at home. The color scheme was nice and there were enough TVs mounted on the wall that you were not straining into all types of crazy positions to get a good look at the movie, show or music video that was playing. She didn't apologize for her mistake. Didn't say anything. I have a bandaid on now because it just started bleeding again. My granddaughter's nails look terrible and it's only been a few hours. Disappointed in the experience. I don't live here but my family that does, they will not be back.

We ended up waiting the time and then got seated. After getting seated, one of us got the pedicure, the lady finished the pedicure and then started mine. At this point, we have been waiting for over 50 minutes and only one of us had gotten a pedicure. Another lady started working at my moms pedicure (my mom is pregnant and also is a regular at this place and got a fungus from here) and as she was filing off the gel, we noticed how the drill bit was extremely dirty and all the metal implements were being reused from other clients. This place was extremely dirty and would not recommend it to anyone.
