She allowed us to taste the wines to make sure we liked our final selection. She answered all our questions and educated my friend on the different types of wine because she was a beginner wine drinker. We also learned that all the wines they serve are Lost Oak's. Even though we got there at 7:20 and they closed at 8pm she didn't rush us and took her time serving us. My friend got a white wine and I got the cabernet franc. We both enjoyed them. The establishment is beautiful, the have seating outside and inside. They also have games and a wine club you can join. Can't wait to go back especially when the weather is a little cooler so we can use their fire pits.

They have live animals around too, so the farm part of their name is not a joke! While I was a little bummed I had to drive all the way here from Dallas, it ended up not being a bad thing. There's the typical photo-op setup filled with pumpkins in the background. As you walk further in, there is a playground area for kids to get on the swings and slides. You can also find a place to look at animals - goats, donkey, chickens, etc. Scattered throughout the farm are various cars kids can hop into and take photos in. We went on the hayride, which was a nice 10 minute ride to see the Christmas trees. They also have a dedicated area to buy pumpkins.
