Because the numbers of our house were written incorrectly on the invoice, it did take the electrician a little longer to find us. The work was done correctly and well. I wore a mask, but the electrician did not. I did need to sign paperwork etc, so it might have been a good idea if they would wear masks while in a customers home. The city inspector was happy with the work and so were we. Thanks Prime Electric!

The HVAC company that Costco uses attempted to sell another carrier that was not part of Costco's agreement with their vendor. So I took the gamble and interviewed Junior. A close realtor friend in Scottsdale AZ did extensive research on mini-splits and told me IF you could find a dealer who carries DAIKIN (super quiet system), choose them! My job was done within a few days of meeting Junior. A 2 day install with perfect detailing, professional, on time, etc., etc. And their price was so reasonable. Am I HAPPY, you betcha.

Something seemed off about how quickly they made their diagnosis and since it was the end of the year I held off until this year.
