Last year we had to go to the main buildings lobby twice to have the issue corrected. This was after leaving multiple messages (Over the course of two weeks) that were never returned from the lady in charge of these types of accounts. They even tried to charge us for a long distance service even though we are only a couple blocks from their location. The ladies in the lobby were very helpful but otherwise it was a two month process to get this issue resolved and I am not looking forward to the process again now that it has happened for the second consecutive year in a row.

I have a Nest thermostat and was alerted by the app. I was out of town at the time. He did quick work and got it running within 1/2 hour. Super nice guy and stayed for a bit to assure the furnace was working correctly. Southport was the only company that returned my call within minutes. I recommend Southport and Phil for quick repairs. 5 stars for service but I'm not sure if it was overpriced? They got the job done so my pipes didn't freeze and that's the important part.

I was not sure what I would get as this was my first time working with Southport but all the technicians were polite and friendly. They went above and beyond and left the area better than when they arrived. They even worked around my two cats and made sure none of them made the great escape. The products: Southport stands by their products and recommended the best water heater for my situation and installed the ductwork to last and fit my house.
