The results are spectaulaar! Matt G. did such a good job of desiging cabinets that maximized all available space. I do a lot of cooking and have a lot of cooking supplies. It is so nice to have everything at my finger tips and not have to hunt for what I need. The workmanship is flawless. All of the tradesmen were considerate and left the premises neat and clean. Nadine, the Interior Decorator, was so helpful in choosing colors and hardware. Matt G. was excellent about communication and keeping me informed of changes to the schedule. While I was not crazy about Pam in our initial interaction, she got better over time. After comparing multiple bids, I selected Seider, their Daikin Central Air unit came with an almost unheard of 12 year parts and labor warranty. With a little back and forth with Todd on a time for installation, we were all set. Pam and I scheduled the day and time and sure enough, the installers were there exactly when Pam said they would be. Just two minor quibbles that prevented five stars here: 1) After installation, the installers left behind some screws on the floor that I naturally stepped on in stocking feet several days later. 2) The electrician asked before using my bathroom, but did not feel the need to wash his hands afterwards. Everything else was great and I would use them again in the future.

Seider had someone answering the phone even tho they were not open which was a definite plus to me. I'd prefer to talk to a human instead of a machine up front even if they can't answer all my questions immediately. They took my info and had a tech call me. They estimated a big window for service (5+hrs) but when all was said and done the tech was at my door within an hour of my initial call. Brandon was very polite and solved the problem quickly. It looks like they will do heating, cooling and plumbing throughout Milwaukee, Waukesha, (and possibly) Washington counties. I would definitely recommend!

However, I've had them out twice in the last several months to check/clean my iron filter. We've been having water pressure issues and that has always fixed the problem. Both time's I saw some improvement in water pressure, but it was only temporary. The last time they were out, I asked for a quote on a new iron filter or curtain. Never got the quote. My water pressure dropped again and decided to have a different company look at it. The new plumber showed me the iron filter which was clearly not cleaned and cacked with iron. This was only a month after they were here to clean it!! I've spent over $700 the past 6 months for nothing. DO NOT USE THEM. Their rating says it all.

We had visited the other location and felt that the space was too crammed full of stuff. This location is larger and spread out, meaning its easier to browse. I think this store may have a larger selection - we found porcelain switch plates here and didn't see them in the other shop. We also found perfect cabinet hardware. Why not 5 stars? The staff here leaves much to be desired - we practically had to beg for someone to give us pricing and were basically ignored during the time we were in here.
