Bill went above and beyond the call of duty by talking to the other repair person for us and offering to meet with that person if need be. Bill fixed our laptop in a timely manner and at a cheaper rate then the other repair person that had given us all the problems. Not only that, he gave us a loaner laptop to use while the repair was being made so we wouldn't be without a computer. Throughout the process he was very friendly and very helpful.
