Their estimate also came in among the lowest and it was the most detailed explanation of what they would be doing. During the process they kept me appraised regularly and clearly about the many changes ( Not their fault - the guy who DIY-ed the electric in our house was clearly inept) Everyone who came to the house over the three week process to get everything repaired was polite and helpful.
