My problem with them applies to the other smaller places in the area as well. We are looking at granite or stone countertops and I can't even get any ballpark figure as to how much money it's gonna cost me. If I go to Home Depot, at least know how much of the stone is and I can ballpark estimate the cost of the job. for them, I told it will be "three weeks" till the owner can come out and look and give me an estimate. I am here now not in three weeks and that likely applies to a lot of people on the shore and pushes people to the big box stores to buy their granite. I would prefer to use this local business, but getting a cost estimate three weeks in the future is not helpful to me and precludes me from using them. If only they could post rough costs for their samples.

However, when it comes to Mark Brady, I cannot recommend anyone else with higher regard. Mark is a true carpenter and has done a variety of work around my house: ripped out old carpet, installed premium grade tiles, installed a beat board for my kitchen bar, and painted various areas throughout the house. We went with Mark based on the previous yelp reviews. He took the extra time to do the job right. Mark takes the time to finish the details. Not mention that he is reasonably priced! We will definitely hire Mark for future projects in my vacation home. Need I say more? Give him a call. Hire him!

He had asked if we preferred certain other professionals involved in the process, i.e. plumber; electrician; painter that we preferred. We loved our electrician from Royal Plus and painters who had done our cathedral ceiling, so that was left out of the bid. We selected tiles and vanity, picked out fixtures from Elegant Designs, and he arranged the installation of all that as well as the glass shower inclosure.
