He did an estimate on the same day in the afternoon. Jackson is the owner of Strictland. We made a deal to perform cutting trees and also clean both sides of the house and backyard as there are lots of dried leaves and bushes. The worked was done on Thurs and Friday of the same week. He had two helpers who did a wonderful job as well. He completed the job and delivered with what we agreed on. I am very pleased of the outcome. I highly recommend Jackson to do any tree services and cleaning of your dried leaves in your compound and backyard. The price is also reasonable. Strickland tree service came out and assessed our property for anything that could pose a future threat to our home and to remove what had already fallen. Not only did he give us a great quote but they worked diligently until the job was done and even came back a second round to remove lumber that was just too much for me to handle myself. Fast forward to 2024 and we just had our first major storm in Twain Harte, we were left unscathed even though There was a fall on the property. It was our neighbors tree and was actually one that Jackson cited as an issue but that it wouldn't reach our home. He was spot on with his call, that exact tree snapped and fell short of our house just how he said it would. Thank you guys for setting us up for the winter and keeping our house safe. Both times, they did more than contracted to do...just to do it right, and did not charge a penny more. Their crews are professional, engaging and work their tails off. I watched them all day as they carefully removed quite a bit of large timber. After connecting with the crew to say goodbye, I watched them drive away and went back to the house. I then heard the shredder start up again and looked out the window. The crew drove down my road, noticed some dead branches just off the road that we had forgotten to include. They took the time and effort to grab these and mulch it all. In 2023, where do you find workers and companies that do MORE than you asked for and don't charge you for it. The problem came when it came time to clear out the downed logs. We have a couple of large piles waiting to be cleared.
