It's smaller than most of them, and a bit awkward to get into and out of with any traffic at all. So be careful. I thought we'd package it together but he said he'd do it later. I paid, got my receipts and left. Then I got an email and call from Nintendo and they said an empty package arrived to them. Nintendo is investigating for theft. So either the employee stole my son's switch or they packaged it up and it was stolen in route to Nintendo. Luckily Nintendo is going to replace the switch and I'm filling a claim with ups and reporting the store. My son is attached to his stuff. And even though he's getting a new one, he's upset because he just wants his stuff. I really really don't like thieves. I'm not accusing this store but it didn't feel right not seeing my sons switch packaged up. I should have demanded to see them package it because now I have no idea if it was ever in the box. At least if I saw them package it up I'd know it wasnt someone at the store who stole it. Nintendo told me they received a perfectly packaged unopened box with nothing in it but padding. Overall we got a bad deal from this store and I'll never go back accept to file my claim. If I could give no stars then I would. We are so disappointed. I took my son with me to use the whole experience as a teachable moment and the only teachable moment I have now is that people steal and you have to protect yourself.

The day before my move, I was called to confirm by a polite gentleman who again reviewed the plan for the day, how the move would work logistically, and the pricing format (which I had already received by email when I originally booked). Allen and Kayleigh called me ~1hr before they arrived and then proceeded to demonstrate a level of professionalism I did not know existed within the industry! I had previously dealt with and fled from the business of several other local and national moving companies for various reasons- no callbacks, unbelievable $2k+ estimates, general shady practices, etc. Allen and Kayleigh showed up and Allen immediately got to work plastic wrapping appropriate items while Kayleigh patiently reviewed and signed with me the terms and conditions of service by iPad. She was not rushed and was very personable- even saying hello to my miserably kenneled cats! While I tried to help by moving a box here and there to my car, the speed at which they worked was undeniably expert. Never at all during the load or unload did they seem rushed or unsafe yet somehow they snuck a couch and a bed by me without even realizing they'd basically loaded up my entire place in a span of less than 2 hours! When we were nearly done, all that remained was a massive amount of clothing in the closet. Through rather unfortunate ingenuity they managed to bag up all of these close and used teamwork to get what must have been hundreds of pounds transported safely and cleanly to the truck. Although I would have been whining nearly the entire time if someone asked me to do this, not a peep came from Allen or Kayleigh except fun conversation. We showed up at my new place which has a woefully long and narrow driveway. They were so patient and creative in finding exactly where to finagle the truck before opening it up and again unloading the whole thing- including reassembling my bed and a set of clothing bars) in approximately 2 hours. I can't emphasize enough how speedy they were despite 24-something metal stairs and lack of air conditioning at the time in 85F+ weather. I'm sure I'm missing something big here, but I just want to say that I am so thoroughly impressed with the work and attitude of Allen and Kayleigh and how they made my move seamless, safe, and swift. I'd hire All My Sons again any day.

Dropped the box off maybe 10th of December and had it all back before the 20th I believe. Fast turn around. Great quality. The flash drive USB side did not work for us on the computer or TV, but the USBC side did. I think their prices are fair, especially if you want to go local instead of shipping your materials to get converted out of city/state. I used legacy box for VHS and I honestly prefer the quicker and easier process of dropping these off and picking them up. It would have been amazing if they delivered it the way we dropped it off. The worst part was they left scrap tint on my hood and left it outside like that leaving a stain on the hood. I took it straight to the garage and said you left this on my hood. Overall, looks nice tinted, but leaving tint scrap on the car hood and not cleaning up what stain or mess you made is very disappointing. I actually do feel bad leaving a bad review. I didn't notice the mess and trash until after we paid and was about to leave. As I mentioned, I shouldn't have to clean the car that was already clean and pick up their trash left on my car that was sticking to it and staining it.

They installed the wrong film twice during the warranty process and tried to say the tint was "old," when it was actually the wrong product. Most recently, the tint was redone again this weekend, and within just a few days the driver-side window is already peeling (see photos). They kept my car all day and had me pick it up after hours when it was dark, making it difficult to properly inspect the work. What was most concerning was a racial comment made to me when I was leaving. The owner said that "Black guys have pulled a gun on him before" and implied he thought I might do the same. That was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. I recommend reading the Yelp and negative Google reviews before trusting this business with your vehicle.
