Ok where do I begin with this place. I'll use some adjectives to describe this price gouging place…read more Greedy, ridulous, predatory, obnoxious. Starts with their food counter. One hot dog, 7.99. Are you kidding me? A cheeseburger 12.99. On and on with obnoxious prices in a lousy food warmer. To add insult to injury, they can't even spend some of that not so hard earned money on a simple latch lock for the bathroom. Instead they have a sign on door, knock before entering lock broken. F this place unless you are almost out of gas, dying of thirst or starving. Save your money and drive 20 minutes east to a more suburban area. I feel bad for people that depend on this place. The A$$hole that owns this place totally takes advantage of people in the area because it's the only store around. Places like this should be put out of business because they are greedy.

I live in San Francisco and wanted to surprise him with a couple of nutrious meals. A friend, who is a longtime customer, recommended Delaney's Market for quality, individual meals that are ready to re-heat in the microwave. I sent a text telling my son to expect a delivery today from Delaneys; I did not realize that they use Door Dash, which does not offer delivery services to downtown Springfield where my son lives. My son called the Longmeadow Market and explained his inability to arrange for curbside pickup. The woman who answered the phone offered to drop the meals off on her way home from work! Kudos to this employee for going "above and beyond" to accommodate a customer.
