CVS isn't actually a pharmacy. It's a convenience store that happens to have a pharmacy in the back. This location is clean, I like the staff, and they have ample parking. Also, it's right on College Highway in a convenient location. If you want a review of just CVS locations, then this is a five star business. However, CVS is flawed as a whole, so three stars is the highest I can give any location. Let me explain my last statement further. First of all, there are never enough people at the registers. That's only where it begins. They have the slowest checkout process on the planet. The stores are set up to be a convenience store, with customers only buying a handful of items at a time. However, they run great sales on grocery items. This should be a good thing, but they can't handle people coming up to the counter with a cart full of items. Even without that happening, one person ahead of you in line means you'll be standing there for a while. There is no reason why anybody should have to call for backup because three people are in line, but somehow they've made the process so slow that it's necessary. Like I said earlier, this is a convenience store that just so happens to have a pharmacy in the back. The problem is that the pharmacy isn't always open. I don't know if it's law, or what, but you can't buy cold medicine with ephedrine at the regualr checkout. Newsflash: New Englanders can afford cocaine, so nobody is using that box of Mucinex to cook meth. This ain't Montana. Still, if you're so congested you can't breathe on a Sunday at 7p.m., you're out of luck. So, if you're looking for a CVS, this is one of the best. If you're looking for a pharmacy or convenience store, go somewhere else. read more

I have never had a good experience at this pharmacy. Every time I have been to fill a prescription something goes wrong with the computer system, order, someone "forgot" etc. one female pharmacist is extremely rude. Worst CVS around. Go to rite aid for prescriptions instead. The retail section of the CVS is great, and the manager is very helpful. But the pharmacy is a headache. Every time. read more

The pharmacy at this location really is not good at all. Every aspect of the pharmacy is lacking and handled quite poorly. It appears that everything from the weekend hours to the incompetence of the pharmacy staff is geared more toward being convenient for them rather than the customer. I am very glad that I only use this location for convenience on occasion and not on a permanent basis. Definitely look for a better location if possible. read more

The main store staff at this location is excellent...very friendly, attentive, and willing to help. I wish the same could be said for the pharmacy staff. They will have you waiting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes ++ with zero contact...no "sorry, we're really busy, I'll be right with you..." Nothing. Make an attempt to get someone's attention and they'll open the window long enough to tell you to leave. And when you go inside to call them on it, they will treat you with extreme disrespect. The pharmacist just stands there and allows it. Unacceptable. I highly recommend you go to Walgreens or Big Y...avoid this place like the plague. read more

I find myself continuously struggling to get basic services from the pharmacy at this location. Every 6 months or so, there is some "problem" that keeps me from getting my medications. I am met with excuses, apologies, suggestions, but no medication. Hard to believe this two star review actually increases their overall rating. read more

The pharmacy is completely useless. They have never failed to screw up a refill, they don't relay information given to them from the doctor, and have no interest in helping resolve issues that they created. I've never come across a more pathetic collection of people. read more

Rude pharmacy staff. My husband got there at 9:02pm and as he was walking up to pickup his prescription someone was just starting to lower the shade. He said, "excuse me" but they ignored the fact that someone was there even though they made eye contact and didnt even say anything and proceeded to close the shade. Will never send my rx to this location! read more
