Oh dear. Millie's Cookies. They are delicious. They really are. And if you ask, they give you the warmest ones, which leave grease all over the bag they come in and fill you with warmth and delight and melted chocolate chips. And for finer weather there are the ice cream sundaes which are heart attack inducing and not for every day.
The problem with this place is that the more cookies you buy, the cheaper they are. So in the end you can buy 12 cookies making each cookie cost about 43p, instead of about 80p. Wow. But then, you have to eat all of them, and if you have no friends this could turn into a problemo. So don't do that every day either. I think I am fine with Millie's and not so adversley apposed to it because they used to always give out free samples in my school days, thus making me addicted to their cookies. The London Bridge one, which is now my local Millies, does not do this, thank god, but does waft familiar smells of growing up towards me. So I sometimes cave in and indulge. I think my favourite flavour is the dark chocolate one. Gooey. read more
