Though the hipster Shoreditch reclaimed garage interior might have suggested otherwise, the employees were extremely friendly and not aloof at all. (And that being said, the design aesthetic is admittedly pretty cool and very appropriate for a bakery on an unsuspecting street down from Hoxton Station.)
