The venue is built with a ski house or ski lodge style and houses a brewery with the operations underground which can be viewed from the glass floors in the middle. We went with the TC Dua which consisted of a garlic like risotto with 1 scallop, 4 shrimps and 2 asparagus (see photo). Overall, the dish was acceptable had a good flavor. It would be nice to have another scallop for something like this. We then split a main entree which consisted of the Ahi Tuna (see photo). The dish itself was fine with a good amount of sauteed veggies underneath which made the dish better. All in the all, TimberCreek provided a nice venue with adequate food to enjoy!

It was the biggest side of green beans I had ever seen served with a meal & they were very good !
