Perry had a gentleman come and bid the job and the bid to move the washer physically to the basement and change the plumbing for the washer to be in the basement was 350.00. Scheduled the job with the lady in the office and the 2 plumbers were right on time. They called first as I had let them know I have a German Shepherd that is not happy with unknown people. The job was done quickly for the amount they quoted, plus they saw to it that a large pipe that was sticking out in my basement was shortened to allow better passage in the basement. I was very happy with the job and am about to call them for another job.

Our cap had come off of our septic tank and caused the ground above to soften and colapse. Matt took care of all of our needs and when he could not find a cap the size we needed he went back home and built us one out of metal. Within 4 hours our tank was fixed and the hole it had created was not only filled back in but he landscaped the area back on top. I highly recommend his service and we ended up having him fix other things that we have been needing to get fixed the following day. However it never fails that the issue is never truly fixed and we end up calling them back. This time we tried something different and explained to Matt at All Clear what was happening. He ran a camera down our line and discovered the issue. All the drain cleanings in the world would not have fixed what he found. We needed the pipes replaced and the old plumbing was not only bad but it was not correctly installed, this was what was causing the back up. Way more expensive than getting a water softener and installing it yourself but a decent price if…read moreyou're not inclined to doing plumbing. Unfortunately, we bought a new water softener from them and while the install job of the new water softener was clean and good, they did not complete all of the work on the work order. We called and asked to have someone contact us about finishing the replacement and splice around an old water filter and no one ever called. A week later I called and asked again for someone to contact us about finishing the work on the work order and yet no one has called. 3 weeks after install I just say screw it and I'm going to have to do the plumbing myself to bypass the old filter despite the fact that it was on the work order and they said that they would do it for the included price. If they're not going to do it they should at least take money off of the price.As you can see the filter is still in place and they did not cut the line and splice it to get that filter out of it. Consequently, every time the water softener runs it gets Aaron the line and causes the fridge and unsoftened water spigot at the sink to blast air and spray water everywhere. I would have gone with another company had I known they would not finish the work.
