Don't make the mistake I did. So, my wife and I went to look at a 2016 Tracker Grizzly with a bowfishing platform. Met Brad the salesman. He generally seemed decent and honest. We the boat was dirty and full of leaves . He told me they don't clean them up until they're sold. So ,I figured that if I bought it, they would have cleaned it. Didn't happen! When I picked it up it was still filthy so I guess that should have been my first red flag. Anyway, I was also assured that it had went through a complete function test and service which I unfortunately found out to late was also not done. The first clue that I had been had was the gigging platform lights. I hooked up my generator to them and 1 out of 8 was out . Within 5 minutes, I heard a sizzle and arc sound and all the lights went out. One of the lights shorted out and caused them all to go out. Got that fixed at an out of pocket cost of $300. I also found out that the nav light don't work either. I used the boat 3x and the fourth time, it wouldn't start. Just a clicking sound coming from under the cowling. Come to find out, the starter is toast . Im in the process of replacing that myself because I don't want to spend $800 for a mechanic to do it. Waiting on the part right non. Another complaint is about is the fact I was lied to about a complete service being done to the engine. The oil filter was marked with a permanent marker. The date read 8/2024. I bought the boat in late 2025 so, I was lied to about that as well. Im, in the process of changing the oil myself as well. Im at least handy enough to do minimal maintenance or Id be over $1000 in the hole for deceptive sales practices. My suggestion is to stay clear of this business. There are plenty of boat dealers out there that are hopefully more honest than Millers. ​ read more

Price around before you buy. Keep in mind that Miller Marina seems to only specialize in selling you a boat, after you will see the unprofessional side. Has been a nightmare to deal with them when it's comes to boat repair and warranty issues. Boat techs seem like nice people but the warranty work they did on our boat can be summed up as they are butchers very sloppy work, no hurry to get your boat returned to you Either. When the motor was installed they over tightened, crushed transom. Warranty covered reinforcing transom. We had to redo the work the techs did at Millers complete butcher job, just one of the many issues. This is our first new boat REALLY regret purchasing from miller marina! You are left on your own to fix their butchered work and find somewhere else for warranty repairs or at least someone that is capable of helping! read more

In all fairness they should tell you there is a $699 dealer fee to sell you a Jon boat. Being up front about such a large fee will let the customer decide if they want to continue buying or move on. If you are making a small purchase that represents a 22% markup over the advertised sale price. read more

Paid $400 to have them tell me my motor was no good , then got a quote for $21,300 for a Vmax 150 sho, had the same motor quoted for 16,000 at Blackwater marina in Gainesville Florida installed they would not match the price what a joke I am very satisfied with a Blackwater Marine they get a five star rating and saved me $5300 read more

I brought my 1969 ski boat to Miller's to have it refurbished and repowered. They did an incredible job replacing the instruments, repairing/rebuilding the seats, replacing the carpeting, installing hydraulic steering and a new Mercury motor. Flawless fit and finish. Better than new. Like the service there, the staff are first class, and very easy to deal with. From the shop to the sales staff. I was informed of the progress regularly, and contacted with questions when needed. Everyone there was as excited with the finished boat as I was. I can't give any higher recommendation to the good folks at Miller's Boating Center. Thank you guys! read more

I had my 2021 lowe pontoon at Millers for two weeks for a lower unit oil change, add a battery switch, I supplied the battery, and replace a fuel valve located on the top of the gas tank that had leaked since day one. Also a piece of aluminum had been bent under the floor back by the transom because the rivets broke and they claimed that Lowe denied the warranty saying that I must have hit something and I did the damage. I must have placed, over the two week period, at least 8-10 calls and no one in the service department ever answers and someone from parts, sales or front counter takes my name and number and promises a call back. I finally after about 8 days was able to connect with the service manager, Kevin after numerous attempts. I opened up a claim with lowe warranty stating that both the valve and aluminum should have been covered under warranty and Lowe informed me that they had no record of a claim being filed by Millers when I provided them my hull number and they were escalating my claim. Finally got my boat back and was charged $1,018 for this work. I have never been more disappointed with the lack of customer service from a dealer that I purchased the boat from back in 2021. read more

I bought my 1999 pro craft with a 125 mercury motor at Millers marine brand new in 1999. After bringing it to them three times for an overheat issue. They continue to misdiagnose it until the bulkhead needed rebuilding. I let them rebuild the engine and it's been running fine. However, the last time I brought it on the lake, the voltage regulator caught fire and burned the wire harness. I filed an insurance claim with progressive. Both me and the insurance agent call Millers to arrange me bringing the boat there for an estimate. I drove my eight cylinder truck from out of town pulling a boat on my only day off to drop it off. It was then it was then he told me that they would not work on any boat older than 2005. Th claim that they could not get parts. I've already looked up all these parts. They are available from the factory. . They sold me this boat, they rebuilt the engine, for the most part, they do all the maintenance. Yet, they won't work on it. And, they agreed to take the boat knowing the circumstances, until I actually showed up after spending a lot of gas money and time. read more

Not a good experience. My boat needed essentially just a check up. I basically told them that I possibly had some bad gas and just needed a quick look over the fuel system and possibly have the injectors clean. I told them that I had replaced two filters on the boat as well as the gas line. Right away I didn't make a good connection with the guy who came out to take a look at the boat. You certainly do not feel like they care about you and want to make a personal connection. Instead, I was told that the prop shaft was incredibly dangerous and should not be driven because it was bent. They had the boat for a week and just to give it a one over they charged $370. Obviously there's no way to know but I feel confident that the tech did not go through the boat and certainly did not attempt to clean injectors. More, so feels like they just heard the description and gave an analysis on what they thought it would be. Turns out what they thought it would be was $1500 for the fuel system and another $1500 for a bent propeller shaft which they determine needed to be replaced. Total of close to $3500. I picked the boat up, took it to another dealership the next day. They had it for just a few days, replace the spark plugs ran it for a few hours, called me and told me the boat was showing no problems at all, and they could not find anything else wrong with it. I asked them to have a look at the propeller shaft as well. They said it was a non-issue. Literally no problem. I brought the boat home and two days after I got it home I was able to take it to the lake and run it and it is running perfectly! Put an hour on it driving around the lake and had absolutely no problems! Do not take your boat to Miller's trust the reviews. They only have two stars for a reason. read more

My new 6 hp Yamaha was leaking oil and I took her to Miller's boating Center for repair. They tried to duplicate the problem but couldn't. I took the engine out with the boat and there was no more leak. I suspect that the oil filler plug might have been loose when I Encountered the oil leak. The boating center was backlogged three weeks when I turned the engine over to me and they got the engine back to me in four weeks and did not charge me a dime. I am happy with this business. read more

This review is based on a recent experience on a used boat. I located the boat I wanted but when I got there the trailer was bad. Bad as in didn't stop but they wouldn't exchange it out for another or discount the setup due to the faulty trailer. That's like selling a car with three round tires and one square one. In their defense they did try and get financing but with a huge down payment they still couldn't do anything. I ended up finding my boat in south Florida for 6,000 less than this boat and for more in my opinion. I would recommend them for service and sales but would recommend you did your due diligence before arriving. read more

Hats off to the crew at Miller's Boating Center. I recently had them re-power my Key West Stealth with a 115 Pro XS (including prop and engine controls), hydraulic jack plate, hydraulic steering, power pole, new instrument package, new gas gauge, and new tilt helm. Mr. Jeff walked me through the purchase and set up phase. When I agreed to the deal I was informed it would be 4 to 5 weeks for completion due to having to order some items. When I brought the boat to the shop I was met by Ms. Lynn who walked me through the scheduling process. We went over all the details for the installation where notes were written down and options discussed. There was also another employee, possibly a technician that assisted. The boat had not been used in awhile so there were some trailer issues identified (new hubs) which they discovered. The mechanics that completed the re-fit (I believe Dave White and Logan Rogers) did an excellent job. I also traded in my old engine (1998 Mercury 115) and received a fair value for that. Approximately 3 weeks went by when Ms. Lynn contacted me informing me of the progress on the re-fit. She continued to call weekly keeping me up to date. The re-fit was completed in a approximately 4 1/2 weeks. When I took delivery a technician took me to the boat, hooked up water, started the engine, went over all the things installed answering any questions I may have had. I am very concerned that I made a mistake by purchasing a Tracker trailer and boat from Miller Boating Center. When I first went there for service everything was excellent and the service was good. Now I go five and six times for the same problem, the depth finder which I have had one sent to the factory and then I purchase one because the factory rebuilt wouldn't work so I purchased a new one and the transducer. Now I am told the panel box may need to be replaced, another cost. My troll motor is there now needing a panel placed inside of it, This poor service. The main thing I hear from the tech is they are short of help which is not my problem. I need some manager to step up and take charge or even the owner. I need my boat running in top shape. I have had issues since day one when i bought my boat. when I got it home the bilge pump would not turn off. the serviceman tried to tell me how to fix it over the phone but everything he told me was wrong. I had to disconnect to battery to get it to shut off. I live in Gainesville and had to take it all the way back there to get it fixed. I took weeks to get my seat in so they said they would ship it to me but i decided to pick it up which was a good thing because they had to drill snaps in the seat in order for the seat cover to be put on and there were no bolts for the seat base. A few weeks later one of the power poles stopped working. I called the company and they over nighted a motherboard which I had to install. I tried for weeks to get the engine hours to show. The salesman kept telling that it was there and i needed to look for it. I finally spoke to someone else who told me that the service department probably forgot to hook it up and I needed to bring it in, which was three weeks at the earliest. I took it all the way back and they fixed it. I went fishing today and the battery was dead. When they fixed the hours meter they did not turn off the battery switch which caused the fish finder to run for days until the battery died. It's a good thing i didn't drive out of town to go fishing. Dealing with this business has cost me money, gas and time, which is very frustrating. Prices are good but the service that I received has been disappointing. read more

My son took his boat her to get the engine gone over after it was left to him by his grandad who passed this February. Two things happened. My son had never operated this boat, it had an oil reservoir that mixes the oil for you so you don't have to add it...my son wasn't aware of this and asked about it. They told him he had to mix it himself and sold him a funnel to measure out the proper mixture..of course when he went to run it he figured out that they did not know what they were talking about and his engine stopped running because of the off oil mixture. Second, he took the boat out the next time and the engine cut out. He took it to a man in Orange lake who fixes engines and he told him that the last person who worked on his engine did not put a bushing back on the impellar and it damaged the engine...400 plus $ to fix. Upon calling the manager at Miller's my son was told that since he had it fixed already they couldn't do anything for him....What do you all think? I went in to have some repairs made to my mercury. While the boat was in a I asked they check over the trailer. I received a call from Miller's stating the trailer was rusted thru and needed approximately 1k in repairs. We talked of a new trailer ( they build on site) and I went out to look at them. I was disappointed in what they offered ( plastic fenders , 13" tires, incandescent lights, etc). I wanted the headache of a trailer over so we sat down to buy one. I added a few options and the price quickly went up to 2500 bucks for a 15 ft boat trailer. Feeling disappointed and looking at the finale order papers I notice a $50 DOLLAR DEALER FEE for the privileged of buying their trailer. The salesman said we collect a FEE for all trailers , boats or motors purchased. Not from me I said and drove 10 minutes to NATIONAL TRAILER in Ocala. Best thing I ever did as I purchased an aluminum trailer, 14" mag wheels, LED lights , swing arm on trailer ( fits in garage) guide poles , aluminum diamond plate fenders for $500 less than MILKERS ,.. oops MILLERS + NO DEALER FEE read more

I bought a new 2004 sea pro 1900cc . I been though 4 service manager there. The boat is there now. It only has 83 hours on the motor and runs like shit. It has been at miller's for at least 8 month's of time of repairs. The first time was for a recall for not having enough form in the boat hull. They shot form in the hull and all over the rest of the boat. It them weeks to remove the mistakes off the deck and sides. They repaired it 1 year for over heating and go to use the boat and doing the same thing. I would not buy a row boat them. read more

Recently purchased a used Mercury 115 Optimax from Millers and I am more than satisfied. They advertised the motor as only having 70 hrs. and so far it has ran like a new motor. Matt was very easy to deal with and the technician that installed the motor and controls was very informative with the engine and its components. The sales staff is very helpful. Their boats are top line .The service stinks. You cannot get if fixed right the first time and may never get the problem fixed until you use another repair center. All but the service ranks high in my book. Sorry guys, You need to improve. read more
