They gave me a great price, generous trade in allowance and excellent warranty. The first charger they gave me didn't buzz to tell me when charging was complete. They exchanged it for one that did. The charger was newer and better than my old one. They also added a free floor mat. A nice little gift package arrived in the mail. Nice surprise! A sweet one. This dealer has been in Ocala for years and is family owned and operated. They treated this customer like part of their family. I highly recommend Ocala Golf Cart. It's right outside the On Top of the World Community. I love this cart! Susan B

I spent a good amount of time here test driving multiple carts--both electric and gas--and looking across several different brands. Jerry in sales was outstanding: patient, knowledgeable, and never rushed me. He stayed with me the entire time, answered every question, and didn't step away to help other customers while we were working together, which I really appreciated. Jerry took the time to understand what I actually needed, not just what was easiest to sell, and helped guide me toward a cart that truly fits my lifestyle and budget. Financing was handled in a separate area, and that experience was just as smooth. The finance representative was very helpful, professional, and clear throughout the process. Overall, this was an excellent, professional experience with a team that clearly values their customers. I left confident in my decision and would absolutely recommend The Villages Carts to anyone shopping for a golf cart. Drove my new cart home same day
