Long story short seat slid off the cart with my granddaughter on it she was injured taken to ER was not even speeding, Cart went in for repair I called got great customer service from the person who calls, and then the person I was transferred to, must have been having a horrible day and wanted to take it out on me. I never get upset easily but she kept pushing I only wanted to know what I was being charged for and couldn't get a clear answer very aggressive and condescending on the phone. No respect for the customer doesn't have an ounce of kindness in her." PETER H. i'm writing this post because the way it was handled. To give you a little information about my background, I had an auto repair shop body shop. We also had 13 tow trucks and we sold used cars. My golf cart would not start, I diagnosed it as a fuel pump. I called where I bought it to make an appointment to have them check it out they it up the following Friday. The gentleman who came to the house had a trailer and winched it out. Within a couple hours, they called me and said it was the fuel pump. They returned it to me the same day with used fuel pump, which was sort of surprising a little later on I noticed the right front wheelwas pointing to the right pretty severe. I looked underneath it and saw the inner tie rod was bent due to the winch cableup on the trailerI know how that can happenin my business with tow truck drivers I and let them know. I expected a call back which never happened. I repaired it myself and I would not recommend them for repairs or to buy a cart. Thank you. read more

I believe covers and canvas is also the same company because our bill is from them. We bought our golf cart there a brand new golf cart. There was no damage to it. We had our vinyl put on and it was the worst job ever and it was almost $1800 which we paid cash for I complained to Marty they came and they picked it up And when I got it back, my windshield had all these drill holes in which they said they did not do that was new golf cart and there was nothing wrong with the windshield. Their job is awful. They lie and I would not recommend them to anybody. I could've done a better job myself. The nowhere. The snaps were not all there. It was the worst job ever. read more

They are so helpful, and answer anything you need to know And in their business putting up with older people who certainly ask many...many...questions. They are the best ! After searching high and low for a golf cart I luckily found Wholesale Golf Carts. These guys are super! Chase is the owner and you won't find a more honest guy. I was given a 90 day warranty with my used cart I bought, I mentioned to Chase that he was getting off easy because I was leaving in a month for a couple of months. He asked me to give him a date when I would actually be in the area for a full 90 days and I picked a date four months down the road. He said fine, you're covered until then. Wow! They have a great selection of both gas and electric carts and their service department is first class. I've had a couple of neighbors also buy from them and no one has a bad thing to say about them. I can give them my strongest recommendation. A golf cart is a big investment but you'll be happy if you buy from them. read more

I came in for a windshield for a 2014 Yamaha. What they gave me way a 2003 part. I'm not a parts person so I went home and put it on by the clips provided. When we took off in the cart it slid off and hit the concrete. I had called a parts guy out to see if I put in on wrong and that's when I was told it was the wrong part. So I took it back and instead of exchanging it or even splitting the cost of the right one they got mad because I told them it was half their fault that they knew there were 2 different windshields for the golf cart and failed to ask me. There for all I asked was to share the cost of the loss. But instead I was told they would not sell me nothing since I would not pay full price with no refund . 2 men gained up on me a 36 yr old woman. By myself!!! Do not deal with this company read more

We bought a pre-owned golf cart in mid-December. Great experience! We needed a couple of minor repairs and scheduled a pick up for today. They arrived precisely on time and returned the golf cart at 3:15pm today. All issues addressed and repaired. Cart was returned to us in 5 hours -- unbelievable! Went in to purchase a set of batteries for my golf cart. I was told by two different employees that it would be $640.00 Two days later when trying to have the service scheduled, we were quoted $840.00!! Jessica was rude to us on the phone and in person. We then tried to go in to see her and it was 12 mins. To 5pm and she was walking out the door and said they were closed. We still tried to talk to her and she stated that she is just a peeon and she doesn't make the rules! I tried to get info as to how to contact the owner she said I would have to call throughout the day to try to catch him. Bought a golf cart here 7/24/17. They sold it to me with the barrings out in the back motor. I didn't know it for awhile. I paid 3100 for an old lemon. They also charged me 200.00 to put it on my visa. Disgusting, never again. Linda Acker read more
