Each Zumba studio has unique instructors with specific teaching styles and some instructors have a "following" and some do not. In my experiences, I have seen the good, the bad, and the best. The Good: most instructors do a pretty good job of providing a fun class that delivers a good workout. The Bad: after taking some Zumba classes I felt like I was ready to earn some money at the local gentleman's club; and other times the instructor was more interested in watching herself/himself in the mirror than giving cues to the class and the class felt like utter chaos. The BEST: Dance 2-Gather! Tawnya and Erica are fabulous! They demonstrate each move clearly and with the utmost enthusiasm. After taking one of their classes, I always feel energized and exhausted at the same time.
