The catty and exclusive behavior of the dancers in company is not discouraged. The instructor, by the name of Julia, is demeaning to the dancers who are not in company and provides them with very few opportunities to expand their dance skills. One student left two weeks before the recital because of the way this instructor treated her. There are so many wonderful dance instructors. Why settle for one that has the ability to influence the minds and bodies of the students in a negative way? After several years at the studio, our child could no longer take the emotional toll the studio's atmosphere was having on them. Look elsewhere. There are other choices when it comes to finding a dance studio where your child can flourish and be happy doing what they love.

We found that we enjoyed the stress relief of dancing and the new friends that we made so the beat goes on. COVID-19 gave us some time off, but we have started back and quickly realized how much we truly enjoy dancing. Angelica runs the Denver studio and has been my teacher for many years.
