Super excited for this Cafe to open in Brentwoood, I love the one in Antioch! Today I ordered a hash brown to go, it was pretty good as usual :) Iman helped me and although I almost forgot to pay she reminded me graciously:D great customer service. The cafe is huge , brand new and pretty! The menu seems consistent with the one in Antioch. There's parking right outside.

The egg? Like what? The turkey sausages were good. The sourdough was gross and the food was so cold.

This experience was unfortunate on all angles. Here we go. Went for breakfast Saturday morning. And let me say, I don't love leaving bad reviews but this is unacceptable and not one apology. 1. Initially, the service was great, we sat quickly. Served coffee. Order taken. It was freezing inside but not a huge deal at first. * wasn't a fan of the table we got it was cold and right next to where servers got their food and was running back and forth causing a terrible draft, but not really deducting and stars for that just noted to not sit there again... 2. Coffee was never refilled. 25 min in. 3. No communication from server whatsoever until 35min in saying our order was coming out in minutes. 4. 45 min later one of us got our meal. (Pictured first) the food was cold (of course) and looked awful. Honestly seeing everyone else's food come out I was hopeful! 5. Another 5 min and our second meal came. The star is for that, it was as delicious as an eggo waffle and Tyson nuggets. It was fine we were starving so we ate that and then sat waiting for any 8 of their employees to apologize or even say something to check in? 6. Currently waiting on the check as we speak. Why am I waiting to pay for this absolute worst experience? Lol! But here I go with all the time in the world. They credited us for everything except the cold meal. Whatever, will never be back and I feel like you can't disrespect Scottie's old space like this, put some respect in there. Lol Overall, unfortunate to see a restaurant that could thrive but cares zero about the customer. I will give them that they only charged for one meal but really? I just felt like simple communication would of gone awhile, or even a hot cup of coffee ‍

We enjoyed our first visit to this restaurant! The restaurant has a nice interior: the decor is pretty and the space is large. There is also outdoor seating available. The staff are kind and professional- both waitress & cook. They have good AC and clean bathrooms! They are open 7 days a week 8-3, and serve breakfast and lunch all day. The pancakes are large and soft. They were cooked lightly without being told to do so- we love that! Come check them out!

Took the family and we all liked it. Brentwood needed another breakfast option and this is great. Food was good Staff was amazingly nice and friendly The place was packed - sign of of a good restaurant.

    Linguica & Eggs...Tasty Large Portions

This was our first visit. I had read a variety of reviews so we needed to go and find out for ourselves. From the moment we walked in until we left everything was positive. Bright cute place. We were greeted with a smile as soon as we walked in. After we were seated we had drinks within a few minutes. The restaurant was full but we noticed they had plenty of servers and cooks so we received our food right away. They serve all day breakfast and lunch which works great for us because we always like the opposite! My husband had the Linguica and Eggs with Hash Browns and I had the Club Sandwich with no tomatoes and a side of Red Potato Salad. Everything was so good! I love a good club sandwich and this was so very good. I took half of my lunch home because the portions are large. I took a taste of the linguica and hash browns ...both really good. We are picky about linguica and this was very flavorful. The server was very attentive and came back multiple times to check on us. Oh and they have good music playing! While we were there we heard Englebert Humperdinck, Simon and Garfunkel, Aretha Franklin, Van Morrison...etc..we love a good variety of music and they have it playing. Not loud ..just enough to enjoy. We are looking forward to our next visit to try something else from the menu. Definitely recommend.

I was holding off on writing a review until I had the chance to go a few times since the new head…read morechef came in and revamped the menu. Now that I have had two dinners, on March 5th and 27th, and a recent brunch, June 6, here is what I can conclude: The Food: Everything I have tried on the menu so far has been pretty flipping delicious beautifully, but not pretentiously, presented looking and tasting like a truly from scratch kitchen (which did not seem to be the case with the previous chef/menu). Standout mains included a beef stroganoff special, the fish and chips and possibly the best shrimp and grits (might be only a weekend brunch item?) I have ever had (to the point that I am likely to go back and have it again in the next week or two) Standout apps were the raw oysters (especially the in house pickled watermelon mignonette), the pulled pork sliders, brussel sprouts and recently a new buffalo style baby back ribs with shaved celery and blue cheese crumbles (it was so good my sister would not let us finish it so that she could take the last bite home to share with my brother in law and give him pointers) Standout desserts included the bread pudding and the cream brulee. The Drinks: Cocktails had a rougher start but were excellent in June. Back in March the cocktail menu seemed a bit confused. Several drinks I tried were incredibly unbalanced (and whether that was due to bad recipes or errors while executing said recipes who knows). I feel like they might not always have had an experienced bartender behind the bar, back in March, because one time it was something as simple as a gin & tonic that was accidentally made with plain soda because the syrup had run out and no one seemed to know how to help correct the issue. Whoever revamped the cocktail menu, please accept a huge THANK YOU! I will now be drinking my way through the menu over my next several visits. The standouts recently were the exceptional clarified milk punch cocktail called Sweet Disposition and the Strawberry Letter. The Service: Excellent. Everyone I have interacted with, especially the serving staff, have been attentive and took brief moments to make kind personal connections. One even gushed about how happy they have been seeing the changes implemented by this new incoming chef. The Venue: It has a relaxed golf course club room atmosphere with a main upstairs dining room and patio seating (weather permitting). There is also a downstairs area with an additional bar and space for live music (which seems to be a regular occurrence). I appreciated the separation which allowed for distinct vibes depending on your mood. My apologies that I have no picture to share (though the food and drinks were photo worthy) I was too busy enjoying myself.

So it's Korean BBQ, all you can eat. Eat all the meat you can: they serve beef, pork, chicken, and shrimp. And all the sushi and sides that come with it too. If you're familiar with Korean BBQ then you know the sides are the best. My favorite sides were Kimchi, Bean sprouts, cucumber and potatoes. The service was great! Sometimes they may take a while to get to you but they will not forget you. The restaurant has indoor and outdoor dining (with beautiful water fountains outside). Price: I think it might be pricey for some but it's totally worth it for all the food you get. Entertainment: You can expect karaoke singing! I don't sing but I love the entertainment. The manager Rex was very nice to accommodate our huge party. He had this great smile and great energy to match our group! Honorable mention - thank you Steve for playing the Sax. A bonus entertainment. Tips: This restaurant is located in a golf course so it might be confusing to find at first. But if you have the correct address you will get there. Thank you to Rex and staff for the hospitality and for not rushing us out when it was near closing time! Until next time...

The burger itself comes loaded with sauce, pickles and onions. Tomato and lettuce'll run you a little extra. The bun is what makes this burger shine. I've had tons of burgers, and honestly, the bun is usually either soggy, dry or straight up falling apart. This one? Super soft and perfect. Makes the whole smash burger experience actually enjoyable. Despite the shocking looks and stares that made me feel like I wandered onto a reality TV show, service was, ok. The inside is pretty tight with just a handful of seats, but they've got plenty of picnic tables outside with umbrellas, so you're good either way.

Such a cute neighborhood hang with a park across the street, ice cream and beer locales next door, and street parking to enjoy it all. With the big soccer game playing, we were happy to grab a table in the outdoor patio to enjoy some sunshine and safety in an enclosed area for the kiddo, but also watch some of the game for lunch. Love that they have corn hole and toys for the kiddos out. The menu is pretty straight forward, and on weekends they have brunch specials too. But, we figured we had to try the smash burgers! They have a kiddo menu which is so cute (see photo) and offer smash burgers, fried chicken sandwiches, fries (steak frites and "filthy" fries with cheese, sauce, caramelized onions, pepperonis, chives), salads, and bowls. I love that you can do a Sando as a salad/bowl. I went with the Yard Bowl that comes with brown rice and veggies, topped with fried chicken. It was SO good. Hearty, great quality, and really just an overall stellar meal. We also grabbed smash burgers and the "Filthy Fries". There is a $12 meal that comes with a smash burger and plain fry combo which I feel is a pretty smashing deal :) They serve Alameda soda and have a really cool beer/wine/cocktail menu. I had to try the Brentwood Corn Fest cocktail that comes with vodka, lemon, creamed corn puree, jalapeño, and an elote rim. It was spectacular, and I didn't mind paying $14 for such a fresh, well-crafted, innovative drink. You get a buzzer after you order, and honestly the drink/food came out pretty fast! Very turnkey ordering process. Delicious way to spend a weekend afternoon. Seems like such an awesome community hang spot. Would love to try their Pickle Spritz next time (gin, pickle juice, dill, soda water)! I noticed Liberty Faculty students receive 10% off which I think is so cool. And..they use Martins Potato Buns..if you know, you know! Overall, I'm a fan. Great service, great feels, great hometown vibes. Hope to be back again soon!

I really like that because it makes it a consistent date spot because the food is constantly changing and it's a new experience every time. Unfortunately, the bar and the kitchen just didn't deliver. My Gin & Tonic was a hazard; it was so completely overloaded with peppercorns that I felt like I was chewing my drink and had to spit them out after every sip. For food, the corn elote lacked balance, and the scallops--which arrived swimming in a soup instead of a puree--tasted noticeably off. The chicken parm was entirely forgettable. With these kinds of texture and flavor issues, there's just no attention to detail in the kitchen. Even with great service, we won't be returning.
