All conversations were very pleasant. On Friday morning, I spoke with the assistant manager(I'm sorry I can't remember her name) and she delivered my 60" Cub Cadet personally. Downfall- Apparently they hire only young people to work here. I normally think that's great, but they may want to talk to their employees about conduct. I have been here 3 times now & each time I have encountered very unprofessional employees. Anything seems to go: playing, rough housing, yelling throughout store, cussing, & a bit of rude behavior. All in all it is not appealing to customers & may make them avoid the store.
