Some context regarding my dilemma: I had just built a PC which was working flawlessly. I was able…read moreto play my intended game perfectly fine with no issues. Then, while gaming, my game crashed and the computer stopped responding, prompting me to force shutdown the computer. Post crash, the game was underperforming. I tried everything software-related, from verifying the integrity of the game files to clean reinstalling Windows (three separate times, mind you), but to no avail. At this point,  I'm thinking it must be hardware related, hence why I took it to the repair shop. I explained my situation to the repair shop and they took it from there. After some time, they contacted me saying that the both the graphics card and SSD (due to being at "65% health") are responsible for the horrendous performance. I went ahead and replaced said components, only to be greeted with the same horrible performance post-crash. So, I called the repair shop and they responded by saying I only "partially followed" their advice as they recommended I get a RTX 5070 instead of the RX 9070 I originally had; their argument was that the RTX 5070 is the superior card of the two and didn't have as many driver issues as AMD cards. According to them, had I gotten an RTX 5070, the PC would have been running perfectly fine like its former self. But that didn't make any sense as the PC was running fine with an RX 9070 before the crash. When I brought this point up, they started talking about how there could be problems with PCIE bifurcation, something that didn't make sense at all in explaining my horrible performance.  I decided to take it to another repair shop. The repair guy over there suspected it was the motherboard. I replaced the motherboard and lo and behold, the PC was running perfectly fine, WITH the RX 9070 card that Quick Teks claimed should have been switched out for an RTX 5070 due to "PCIE bifurcation issues." I later called Quick Teks about this and they were still adamant about the situation, stating that they had mentioned PCIE bifurcation being a potential problem in their diagnosis (which isn't true as they mentioned the PCIE issues AFTER I replaced the parts and called them about the PC still having horrible performance; never was it mentioned in their diagnosis). To top it all off, Quick Teks abruptly hung up on me and sent me a text saying, "Thank you for your business. But i'm well aware of what was wrong, and what was stated previously." Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable service.

It would be on for months at a time, and go out for months at a time. I took it in under warranty, the display was working when they got it, so they sent it right back. Tried again around 2019 with a Pioneer service center in Lansing, had the same result. Asked them to hold on to it, turned on, to see if the display would go out. It didn't, they told me to come and get it. Cost me $175 for basically nothing. Now, the display had not worked since last Christmas. I decided to take one last chance on repairing it by taking it to Craig's. I liked mostly what I read in the reviews, even though they were NOT close by. I dropped it off on a Saturday, explained the problem, they plugged it in and saw the problem also. By Tuesday they called me back after doing a diagnostic on it and explained the problem. They told me what parts they would need, how much it would cost, and if I agreed, that it would be ready in a week. I agreed to their price, thought it was reasonable and in line with what I was willing to pay, and it was indeed ready within a week. They showed me that the display now worked, and for the first time in eleven years, my receiver is now fully functional. It is a very good receiver, have no qualms about it. Everything else on it works fine. So I am pleased as punch to have it back. I recommend Craig's. Treated me well, did everything they promised at what I thought was a reasonable price. I would go back. (Even though they are 50 miles away from me.)

I looked in our supply closet and we had 5 expensive cartridges. I looked for an HP service provider and found Michigan Computer Supplies, called them, and spoke with Jennifer. She was friendly and reassuring and understood my problem. I dropped off the heavy printer (by the airport) and it was taken out of my car. The next business day Kyle fixed it! The cost was reasonable. He also gave me some advice about other issues. Since printing/scanning reliably is quite important, we had been unable to do some necessary tasks. Needless to say, we are delighted; they will be our "go to" help when we have (very anxiety provoking) problems again. Thank you to them.

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! DIGITAL DOCUMENT STORE…read moreI came in more than a month ago to have your company quote me for a Play Mat that I wanted to have duplicated and I have to say that I am sorely disappointed with the level of service and professionalism that I have experienced at your store. I have been working with Cherie who at first was answering emails and working with me on a regular basis but then the communication just stopped. I sent 2 emails asking for proofs on December 2nd and got no response until I took the time to pick up the phone and call 10 days later ( December 12th at ) and she wouldn't even take my call. I left a message asking her to call me back and she did not. Instead she sent me an email telling me that she would be returning my mat to me (at my request last Friday) and that she sent me email the previous week and has no idea what could have happened - to email - she sent - ....... I run a small business and do not have time to babysit people I am hiring to do a job for me. I used to be a graphic designer specializing in Print Layout and if I treated a client like this I would have been fired. I understand that the job is small because I am duplicating this to test my market and see if it will fly. I also have other playsets that I would like to do that for, would like to make lithographs, and I do some direct marketing myself so I could have been a repeat customer. May I remind you of the mission statement on your brand?: We want to help build a strong local business community. Have you noticed that customer service isn't what it used to be? At the Digital Document Store every single customer is important to us. Here, you're not a number; you're a real person with a name. In fact, we love it when you call us or stop in to visit. We are truly grateful when you give us the chance to be a business partner and your printer. So please... go ahead and call us. Somebody nice will always answer. I guess your small company is doing so well that you can turn away work. Well, good for you.
