The cost was reasonable. He also gave me some advice about other issues. Since printing/scanning reliably is quite important, we had been unable to do some necessary tasks. They will absolutely rip you off and charge a fortune for anything they do. At your home, they will enter and take every piece of electrical equipment, say they will clean it(if they actually will) charge an outrageous price, and even charge you for transportation and storage of your items even though you never gave them permission. They will use language like "your insurance company said to take everything " or "its better to have everything checked out" etc. The work they do is cheap at best! If its a business that needs work done, they will hire people from a temp agency, give them zero training, pay them very little, and charge your insurance company top dollar to have these "professionally trained technicians " to service your equipment. They are con men and only have 1 interest in mind, and that is to charge the most money possible! If they give you a quote on how much the cost will be, I guarantee you that it will be WAY more in the end! Please read all other reviews on all different websites to back my statements up.
