Rob at Forest Computer Solutions did some upgrades on my old laptop and fixed the CD/DVD at no charge. Apparently when one replacing the power button on a Dell, one has to reconnect the wires for the CD...the wires were not connected. Forest Computer Systems was very reasonably priced and I am very satisfied with their work.
