Said it was due to a lot of looky-loos, fine. They gave us some estimates quickly, and I contacted them back via email to ask to go ahead with one of the two items. Never got a reply. So I called the office, was told someone would call me back, no one ever did. We ended up going with another electrician who did BOTH our items (installing an electric car charger and installing a new light fixture in a room that previously didn't have one) for just a bit more than AES had bid for JUST the light install. Not impressed and ticked off that we wasted $29 and we couldn't even get a return call or email.

They did fine work came very quickly, getting the work done within a couple of weeks. However, they charged $80 to just come and look at our house. Then, they bid low, when they first came they said $1,000 to $1,200. Then, they came and did the work, taking less than then they originally said, but they charged us $1,640. They never stopped to tell us why they charged us more, they just did. So, don't trust the bid & know that they will take as much as they can. This job shouldn't have cost more that $800 so, we were already over paying. We are feeling kind of cheated
