My side mirror got wrecked a few months back and I went to three different auto shops who tried to scam me by over $1,000 dollars since my side mirrors had cameras underneath them. (Even though the camera underneath was not broken). Miller checked me out immediately and told me it would only cost me around $300 to replace the mirror! I dropped my car off and when I came back later that day they not only had fixed my mirror beautifully but they cleaned & detailed the inside AND outside of my car for me! And best of all, they didn't charge me anything for the clean! As a college student it's been really hard for me to find time to do that. So for them to take the time to put in that extra step and help me out without me even asking or charging me for it made me very happy. I came to Miller Auto Body because my Jeep door broke. They were quick and professional! I dealt mainly with Curtis Mason, who gave me an estimate in under 10 minutes. When I came back a few days later to have the new door installed, he informed me that, through no fault of Miller Auto Body, my master switch was broken and my window wouldn't work. I asked him for an estimate on a new switch, which he immediately sat down and researched. He soon returned to inform me that it would be over $350 for the new part and advised, "It's not worth it!" I was appreciative of Mr. Mason's honesty and my new door matches my Jeep perfectly. They do good work at Miller Auto Body. I was in a small accident a few months ago and dealing with the other driver's insurance was one of the most frustrating experiences of my life - but having my car fixed at Miller Auto Body and Discount Tire was a silver lining in the process. The people I interacted with at Miller took the time to educate me about the charges for repairs and even pointed out an instance where the other driver's insurance company was attempting to shortchange me on reimbursement. I was given the chance to drive to work and have one of Miller Auto Body's employees drive my car back to the shop which definitely was convenient. The repairs took about a day to complete and my car was washed and vacuumed after the work was completed. I can't imagine the repair process going any smoother, and I felt like a valued customer. read more

They have serviced us well in the past, but now I am pretty disappointed. After an accident, the axle needed to be replaced, but our car came back with a horrible noise. They refused to fix one of the problems of my car, saying that it was not accident-related, when it clearly was. They actually tried to charge us more, besides what the insurance was paying. We asked them to review their work, and they kept saying it was not accident-related, which clearly is, as our car never had any problem before that. Our insurance recommended us to take the car somewhere else for a second opinion. We got the car back from Miller and it broke 5 mins later, when we were on our way to the other mechanic. At first, they offered to tow the car, but then refused to tow our car to the other mechanic, as theirs - Big O Tires - is clearly doing a very poor job and I don not trust neither of their services anymore. Very disappointed. Will never use or recommend their services again. read more

Are you kidding me - the ultimate in customer care. Quality of the work is superb ! Every detail beyond expectations. No scrimping, or mediocre processes here. Personal relationships quickly built. The best receptionist (I think she is the heart beat of the organization - meaning she keeps everyone in line). EVERY employee has a pleasing personality. I know they probably train their people to be nice, but I think they have a great knack in hiring very nice people. They were able to work with our insurance very efficiently. We made a claim with our insurance, dropped the vehicle off and picked it up. It was such a seamless process. If I could do more than 5 stars I would! Miller Auto Body did a great job fixing our shattered back window and dent on the trunk, but even more they had it done earlier than estimated AND they cleaned our car!!! You read that right...I'm the one that backed into a mailbox and they are the ones that clean the inside of our car! What a treat to go pick up a clean car (and enjoy a hot chai tea while waiting...okay, I did not really have to wait to pick up the car...that was just my excuse for making a hot drink). Jeff miller is a stud and will take care of you. He always makes sure Things are right. He can make your paint job look good as new. I have 3 boys that are tough on vehicles and had a '94 explorer where my kids were told by other shops couldn't be fixed. Jeff had the door latch fixed and working the next day. On 2/13/19 I was quoted to get my car repaired. As part of the repair I was quoted to have my sunroof fixed. I made it very clear why I was having it fixed and how concerned I was about it getting water in it. (I told them I would be dropping it off the day of in a trailer to avoid any chance of water getting in the car.). Everything goes well quote is a great price so we go forward with the idea that it is happening. Was called a few days earlier then I was planning and expressed my suprise that it was done so quick so I expressed my concern about it all being done and she said she didn't know about the sun roof getting done it wasn't part of the car appointment? She puts me on hold and I'm passed to another guy who says that after they did this quote they changed their policy and no longer do sunroof repairs??? I understand from that day on not scheduling them but not doing your written quote and scheduled work? I was frustrated that I wasn't contacted until after the fact that they could no longer do it. He says nothing he could do and so I was going to leave it as that. Leave it as they are a business who doesn't keep its promises. But then I show up a few hours later and my car is out in the snow! With the obviously broken and open sunroof? I couldn't believe it they know my concerns they all knew I was frustrated that it hadn't been addressed and they they leave it with it broken open in the snow for hours??? That is plain disrespect and no way to run a business. When I approached the owner about this he walked out touched the headliner and said no water got in your fine?? What if it had got in and just had t gotten soaked through yet? Is that still ok? It's my car and I had shown concern for it being in the weather. And it shouldn't matter but this 2010 2ss/rs Camaro is a beautiful car and is my baby. I've spent way too much money fixing up and building this car for them to not realize it's worth to me! But they couldn't careless about my property and me as a customer. I would never use them again or recommend someone who wants themselves or their car to be treated with respect to use this paint shop. read more
