We initially called another company, who gave us a quote and promised the work would be completed within two weeks. Unfortunately, two weeks came and went, and they never showed up. When I called again, they eventually came out but did not have all the equipment needed to complete the job. At that point, I reached out to Ryan and Elegant Exteriors, which should have been my first call all along. Ryan was professional, responsive, and gave me a very reasonable quote. They came out and fixed the missing siding within two weeks, and the results were excellent. The siding looks brand new and flush with the rest of the house. The quality of the work was so good that you cannot even tell which section had been blown off. I highly recommend Elegant Exteriors for all of your exterior home improvement needs.

I hired Munz Roofing and Siding to complete a siding project, and I could not be happier with the entire experience. From the start, their consultant, Stephen M., came out and provided helpful education, a thorough walkthrough, zero pressure, and a timely quote for several different product options. Munz ultimately provided the best quote among the three local companies that came out. Eric G., their general manager, also came out to review the plan and clearly outlined the steps they would take to protect our garden beds during the siding removal and installation. That level of communication and attention to detail gave us a lot of confidence going into the project. Project Manager Chris and installer Oleg then completed the project in 9.5 days, which was even half a day ahead of their original 10-day estimate. Chris checked in every day to see if we had any questions or concerns, and Oleg's work was outstanding. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were top notch, and he spent at least a half hour cleaning up every day before leaving. One thing that really stood out was that Oleg took the time to point out how well the previous siding job had been done when the house was built about 40 years ago. He noted that the original wrapping had been applied with meticulous precision, which helped explain why there was minimal water damage to the existing boards. That honesty was appreciated, especially because there was never a moment where the crew attempted to upsell us on unnecessary work. Overall, Munz was professional, honest, communicative, and highly skilled from start to finish. I could not recommend this company enough. It took nearly 7 months…read morefrom the time the man who deals with the insurance companies came out to the time of completion. Months of excuses from them and nasty calls from me to finally get these people out to do the roof. They were supposed to finish in one day, which didn't happen. More excuses, more nasty phone calls. Finally they finished. The actual person who runs this company, John, who I spoke to many times, has a history of not doing or finishing jobs. If you do some research you will find he and his previous companies have been sued more than 70 times in 2007. The man who deals with the insurance companies is just as crooked as the people doing the work. I wouldn't hire this company to put a roof on a doghouse, much less your home or business unless you don't mind waiting at least half a year and are prepared to be on top of them all the time. Everything that comes out of their mouth's are lies. The only thing they were quick about was collecting the money! Who you make your checks out to is a company listed as permanently closed on Google. All business have the address of Fern St. Their proposals are shifty as are the people doing the actual work. I cannot stress to you enough not to use these people. You will regret it! I truly hope my review helps deter anyone from using this business.

Lucas answered while on an existing job. He was very honest saying he can't drop by to make an assessment. Knowing the importance of the situation, he said he'll have his father drop by to take a look. The father (was it Joe?) came by as promised and saw that the previous roofer didn't put flashing around a portion of the chimney. He gave a couple of possible fixes and I picked the more expensive one. He gave me a break on price if i went with the more expensive fix which i appreciated. Before showing up for the work due to budgeting issues i changed to the lower price solution. He didn't have any problems with this change. He and his other son (not Lucas) came on the day as promised. The funny thing was I didn't know they were there until i heard banging outside! They ripped some of the old roof tiles, installed new flashing and overlay them with some leftover tiles I had laying around. They also caulked around other parts of the chimney. They cleaned up their mess. There were aome storms afterwards and no leak! Thx to Lucas for knowing the importance of the problem and having your father and brother fit me into their schedule. And thx to father and son (was it Joe and Ezekiel?!) for fixing the leak! I would definitely consider them to put in a new roof when the time comes!
