I shipped my gun to his store after an online purchase, but because I was unfamiliar with the laws pertaining specifically to residents of NYC at the time, he stored my gun for a year while I waited for my permit. During this time, he was very prompt when answering e-mails, phone calls, and text messages. Once I arrived, he was quick and efficient with all the required paperwork, and it was clear he was knowledgeable and up-to-date about the ever-changing firearm laws and ownership considerations for NY residents. I had my purchase mailed to John and he held it for me for an extended period upon my long wait appointment to the 1PP for the 'Purchase Slip' pick up. Then he took care of all the necessary paperwork at a great rate. John always answered any questions I had via email or phone in a promptly manner. On a side note, you will not be visiting a Gun Store like the picture on the website. He operates from a small office in a garage with limited hours, first come first serve basis (you will have to wait outside until he finishes with every customer ahead of you) and he seems to have his inventory stored away. I bought a handgun online and had it transferred to Millennium firearms. I thought I had gotten a great deal online, only to have John tell me he could have done better. I just happened to ask if John had any 357 revolvers and sure enough he pulled out several pre-owned pistols. Each gun was priced better than the next.
