I called to tell them the new problem and was told and I quote " It's Common sense that's a battery problem and has nothing to do with them replacing the screen" A quick GOOGLE search proved that to be not only incorrect, but something a person fixing phones should know. I was willing to try and remedy the problem but by the way you talked to a respectful paying customer, I'll Pass. If your undecided as to where and who to do business with, in regards to buying/fixing a Phone and your thinking of trying this place. I hope this helps you make an informed decision. When I picked it up on Wednesday, March 25th they gave it back to me with the battery replaced but the home button no longer working. Then the technician that worked on it tried telling me and his coworker that it wasn't working when I brought it in which is a complete bs. Then, they tried telling me that it was broken due to the inflamed battery which makes no sense since it was fully functional when I brought it in on Monday. Would never go to them again horrible experience.
