Do not expect the customers to wait an extended period of time. Communicate with customers rather than leave them hanging. And if you're going to hold onto the customers money, they should have recourse. A VERY, VERY BAD CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE! SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF TIME FRUSTRATION, AND PROBABLY MONEY. When I called back hours later, he said "my manager says it's not a good idea to write anything down and send it".... So I guess I'm just supposed to drive hours away on his word then huh? No thanks.
