Their next solution was $1000 fix, again with no guarantee would fix the problem! I'm not convinced they did anything to my vehicle because I've never before had a part replaced where I wasn't shown the broken part at pickup. Based on how they treated a female customer and their inability to properly diagnose and repair a vehicle, I strongly encourage you to find a different Ford dealer.
