I don't normally reviews, and would have loved to leave a good one. So, i showed up to this appointment. And door was locked. I figured they r still on lunch so no big deal. 1pm came door still locked. 105pm came door still locked. My appointment was for 115pm . Door was still locked. So, I left. I decided to come on here and look at reviews. And I'm glad I left. The reviews r so bad. I'm not trying to be mean. But, it woudl have been nice for them to put a sign on the door saying when there lunch is. Even a employee went up to door around 1255pm she could have say something like we open at .... we will let u in soon. But, nothing. She got in by knocking. I went in for some treatment today my Dentist Dr.Salama was so nice and professional during my visit he talked to me each step of my procedure and his assistant Lupe was also professional and friendly she made sure I was comfortable and took great care of me during the treatment. Front office was also very helpful and friendly. The manager also stepped in to see how everything was going and was very professional and helpful. Surgeons are great. They do want to do extra things that are high cost which I can't afford. Many other doctor appointments required for approvals, antibiotics, etc. Takes a long time to get in and get things done. Not good for an emergency, I think. My emergencies have not been handled very well. Some things must be paid cash. Treatment is great. They are good at their job. read more

Unacceptable. My son had a referral from his dentist for a root canal and crown. We early arrived for his appointment, checked in, waited over an hour only to be told that he didn't have an appointment but that they could get him in. Over an hour later, when I went back up to the window with the intention of rescheduling, he was called back. After telling them "do better" and turning to head to my seat, I was confronted by the head of the office because she thought she had me say something else. She was combative and rude. She pulled me into another room and spoke over gaslit me and then told me that until we resolved this issue my son would not have his work done. Turns out he'd been sitting in an exam room waiting the whole time and nothing was being done because this woman would rather have a confrontation with me than let her staff do their job. I told her to either treat my son now or reschedule. At which point she had him pulled from the exam room. I had 3 teeth that needed root canals. One they said was too bad and they couldn't do it so they referred me to another place for that one. That place didn't accept my insurance so they referred me to another place. I went to my initial appointment and set up the 2nd appointment for treatment. Meanwhile I was seen my Millienun to do the other 2 teeth. Well they did the 3rd (the one they said they couldn't and referred me for). So I canceled my treatment w the other dentist since Millienun did it. They rarely answer their phones and they want you to text but they rarely respond. They are very unorganized and obviously lie about what they can & can't do. I had to be rescheduled a couple times for unknown reasons and when they did the root canals it hurt a lot. A lady named Julie claims she owns the place and would not tell me her supervisors name. I reported incident to BBB. I continually asked what happens during a consultation and two of the staff (one is Julie), could not answer my question even after rephrasing multiple times and stating that neither are answering my one question. I went to this office for a root canal CONSULT, per a referral of my primary dentist. I was taken to the X-ray room and told the technician I was pregnant. She doubled up my dressings and did the X-ray then sat me in the back to wait for the X-ray to develop so the dentist could tell me if I could get a root canal in the near future. Awesome. After about ten minutes she informs me a doctor will not speak to me until I have a release form from my OB. A complete waste of time. They were informed I was pregnant BEFORE my X-ray and should NOT have done an X-ray if they needed a release. they did that part anyway to get their money, yet they couldn't at least tell me "you need a root canal, but make sure you get a doctor note prior to us doing work for your next visit." I had a first appointment and the staff was very polite and welcoming. After I was put in a room and Araceli not only was friendly but also gave me so much information and options as to what I could do. She made me feel so comfortable and I was not in panic mode as I would be at other dental offices.
