We need pharmacists and that's one thing, but having the time and patience to looking things over needs to be improved big time. On the store side, no problems with finding what we need while everything looks pretty well stocked. Assistance seems to be provided from the front end probably assuming on the time of day. I've never encountered a sale floor worker on every visit, but again, maybe I'm there at a certain time. Personally, there should always be someone out on the floor regardless there or working in the back. Despite these problems, CVS has it all to get the job done.

In anticipation of a trip abroad, i counted a script filled 10/8/26 for 180 pills :: there were only 57 pills in the container. Whether negligence or a possible reallocation in some way of the 123 missing pills, these errors have not been one off in my experience. (see, cmt 4 to my 8/22/26 review.) The pharmacy at this CVS should be shut down. from 8/22/26: 1, unqualified persons repeatedly misinformed about when and where meds would be available 2, at store, repeatedly provided incorrect number of pills 3, most serious, at store handed me a paper bag that contained an unmarked pill bottle, containing fewer than half of the prescribed pills of a controlled substance. I identified the pills by an online search. 4, the repeated underdelivered controlled substance pills + unmarked bottle allegedly containing the correct number of pills suggest either extreme incompetence, or that someone at store taking pills and trying to resell them.

The word that, for me, best describes this place is "excessive," and I don't necessarily mean that…read morein a good way. The one good thing about this Rite-Aid is that it has a very convenient drive-through. That said, I don't use that because this is not where I fill my prescriptions. The exterior is designed to make the place look like a 2-story building. I have no idea why, and that seems a waste. Also a waste is the amount of floor space inside which can give the place a very open yet empty feeling. Another excessive item is the number of rarely-used checkouts; all but 1 will typically have a "Use next register" sign at it. Then there's the prices. Yeah, they're excessive. Overall, I'm not impressed, and I rarely want to visit this store.

Thanks for having really close parking for those who don't have handicapped placards. It wasn't busy when I came in close to closing yesterday, and I used the one spot as a pull-through and felt it was ample in the back of the first row of parking a straight shot from the door. I guess in other times you probably wouldn't be saying that here. Store was clean, and at one point I even noticed a retail clerk servicing shelves in another aisle I didn't need.
