The one good thing about this Rite-Aid is that it has a very convenient drive-through. That said, I don't use that because this is not where I fill my prescriptions. The exterior is designed to make the place look like a 2-story building. I have no idea why, and that seems a waste. Also a waste is the amount of floor space inside which can give the place a very open yet empty feeling. Another excessive item is the number of rarely-used checkouts; all but 1 will typically have a "Use next register" sign at it. Then there's the prices. Yeah, they're excessive. Overall, I'm not impressed, and I rarely want to visit this store.

I had to get a picture printed and when I went to pick it up there was no one at the stand. I then went to the front register and the nice lady called over the employee Nicole. She took about 10 more minutes to come and then proceeded to ask me "what do you want" in a rude tone. I told her I ordered a print under my name and she then scoffed and said it's not ready. Then 1 minute later she came back with the picture. And basically threw it at me and mumbled something under her breath. If you have the misfortune of meeting this employee I feel sorry for you. My son woke up with a slight fever and I wanted to get a quick Covid test to put us all at ease. I…read moremade an appt the same day for a time in-between work meetings, drove there, waited maybe 5 minutes, he got tested with a the molecular test (NAAT) which gives results within the hour. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I haven't had that fast and efficient service anywhere in the area as well as in the city. Highly recommend. Thank you!
